Limited/odd selection of soft drinks. For example, plenty of diet root beer, but no regular version. Convenient location for 17 South travelers.

On a visit with my friend a new hire double charged his debit card $25.00. When they caught the mistake my friend tried to talk to the Manager Daisy and was promised they would be called back with a resolution. Three weeks later Daisy refused to contact my friend and senior staff at the gas station began making excuses to hide her and refused to do anything to address the theft of the money. Eventually my friend got tired of trying to let the manager fix the issue and filed a complaint with their bank for fraud by the station and got their money back... Poor service and alot of excuses... if you buy gift cards from this station be careful they dont steal your money! I personally stopped shopping here after a different employee did not give me the proper credit to my FuelRewards card for a $50USD gift card purchase... Like my friend.. I reached out to the Manager to resolve this and got the run around!! Avoid this station and its gift cards like the plague if you value your money!!

I go here at least twice a week. Great customer service. They need an AC for their employees and management needs to step up. I understand they're rebuilding soon but it's been nearly 9 months and it needs to happen ASAP.

Just as convenient as any other Shell gas station. Clean bathrooms, helpful attendants, competitive prices. Twice if you have Shell rewards, you get an extra $0.05 off per gallon. Not a bad deal if you ask me.

The most expensive gas in town by far. Upside as they have new smart chip card readers, but the NFC readers have never functioned. Strange for a brand new gas station... Don't mind paying a little bit extra but $5.30 for premium when it's at least 50 cents cheaper down the road is kind of crazy don't you think?

The employees require better training. As a woman, I was made to feel very unsafe when I stopped to fill up my car at night. There were no other customers present and I was alone, when a male employee approached me and began talking to me about my car and commenting repeatedly that he sees me driving around town often. He was *not* being friendly - he was behaving in a very menacing manner, and I felt very afraid by his demeanor and the fact that I was completely alone. I tried to convey my discomfort and fear by giving polite but quick responses and inching back towards my car to get in and lock the door, however he seemed to enjoy the fact that he was making me feel afraid. He continued to engage with me despite my obvious fear. I got inside my car and locked the doors. I will not be returning to this station after dark, and I would caution other women from doing so either, unless you have another adult with you.

I always go here but this morning something ain’t right a big trash truck collecting trash in our neighborhood was parked and blocking the main entrance and upon checking pumps it’s closed , no signs at all .once customer said “ they’re changing shifts” nah why no sign?!? I love shell but they’re becoming so bad in our town.

Rude, useless cashier at the desk. Someone knocks over the "wet floor" sign in the store and he gives a nasty look like something happened. He's rude to the other customers, rude to myself, utterly unhelpful, and a terrible communicator. I was told by this cashier that I am not at a Shell, it just says Shell outside. What?

DO NOT USE THEIR CAR WASH. I did the highest tier touchless wash and the whole 2 sides of my car remained exactly as they were with little to nothing washed off. The store clerk working at 5:45pm on 2/27 was very disrespectful and did not do anything to remedy the issue and simply said that that is how their touch touchless wash works. It's touchless yes, but does not wash. Stay away. Horrible customer service.

Talk about disappointed... This morning I went to the car wash. Paid 9 bucks for the basic. If you look left out the window at the grey box all the water soap and chemicals that should be going on your car is dumping on the floor. My car got very little if any soap and bit of water. I paid for the spot free rince but my car is covered with spots from the water where it dried. It is especially noticeable on the side view mirrors. Stay away this wash is poorly maintained and obviously the owners and employees pay no attention to the malfunctioning system. You have been warned. Look at the response. They are asking what happened and I clearly described what was wrong with the wash and why my experience was poor. Too bad no one at Shell is paying attention.
