Can I do 4.5 stars? I love this place. My husband used to complain about how dirty my car was. I joined Splash as soon as they opened. I have a monthly membership so I get my car washed weekly. And sometimes more often because of the seagulls. The only thing I would like is for more water to be blown off. I always need to dry the car so I don't get spots. Oh and what happened to the Splash logo inside the wash? I loved it.

Had a great experience at Splash. Cory was great at getting me set up on a plan. I went ahead and did the full service wash today and they did an amazing job. I had previously been to the other local car wash but noticed their service had gone down hill while their pricing went up. Splash is the new place to go! Thanks

Good outside wash, however terrible effort on the inside, dust on the dashboard and dirty windshield on the inside, worker was on his phone the whole time. I don’t recommend paying for full service. Do interior on your own. Way too expensive for the poor service.

I was a little hesitant with some of the reviews, but I figured I'd find out for myself. I went on Saturday at midday. There were two cars in front of me. I got the MCW wash and had my car back and ready 29 minutes after I handed off my keys. They were thorough with the cleaning and asked if I was satisfied and prompted me to do a final walk around before leaving. I'll be back.

The interior is always still super dirty and there are always new scratches/marks on the interior that weren't there before. Do not pay for the interior cleaning. They aren't careful nor thorough. Not worth it.

I’m a local so very familiar with this establishment a real deal if you compre it to other car wash places … but the service is lacking particularly as you’re car is led into the car wash there was this young guy who scrubs the rear window that was literally screaming at and older lady then he screamed at me and gave the hardest intentional tap to my window with the plastic side of the scrub screaming directions …. Uneducated… it was to the point that I was going to get out after the wash and confront him but you know what I decided not to go anymore. If he does this to anyone of you please report him.

I came here for the express exterior because there were a lot of birds droppings on my car. Not only I got the auto wash, the staff manually washed my car. All the dirts are gone! This $10 is well spent. Fast service!

I LOVE THIS CAR WASH! My vehicles stay clean longer. Fast and efficient car wash. Nice helpful employees. THE GUYS THERE ARE GREAT & SO FRIENDLY. The vacuums are strong, absolutely, don't mind drawing my own car. The towels they provide are perfect without extra chemicals. Best car wash in town with reasonable prices. I've been to them all. And let's face it, life feels better when your car is clean.

Went in today I have a membership pay the extra money to have a detailed inside after driving off. I noticed that they did not clean it properly. I am disappointed. It looks like all they did was vacuum the mats and the floor. In the past I have paid for this service. This is the first time this has happened. I don’t know why there was not very many customers waiting. I was thinking about adding a second car but now I’m thinking about canceling my membership and going elsewhere.

_Do not use_ if your car is over 7 years old. Our car was damaged on Oct. 15, 2024. Car wasn't drivable (protective plastic undertray folded under and dragging on the ground). Car wash worker helped unfold the panel so we could drive home very slowly. Worker advised they would pull video and call me. The Manager never called back. Followed up a week later and was advised they "take no responsibility for cars over 7 years old." We are out $100 deductible for repairs and no compensation was offered, not even a free wash. Terrible response. None of my family will ever go back. Spread the word if you know anyone who uses this business for cars older than 7 years.

⭐ 1-Star Review I’ve been a loyal customer of this car wash for a long time. On average, I would rate the service around a 7 out of 10. I understand it’s more of a maintenance wash rather than a detailed cleaning, but unfortunately, attention to detail is often lacking. Still, the job usually gets done. However, the reason I’m giving one star today is because of my most recent experience. The posted closing time is 5:30 PM. I arrived at 4:55 PM, a full 35 minutes before closing, and was told they would not take my car. The car wash was not busy at all—only about two cars were being serviced—yet the employee explained that they stop accepting customers before closing so they have time to shut down the shop. If that’s the policy, then the business hours should clearly state “closing at 5:00 PM,” not 5:30 PM. Customers should not waste their time driving there only to be turned away well before the listed closing time. In most businesses, such as restaurants, closing time means you serve customers until the posted hour, not whenever the staff decides they no longer want to work. To make matters worse, when the cashier asked the workers, they responded with an attitude that clearly showed they just didn’t want more work. That is not professional. I was not asking for a free service—I was going to pay full price, and I always tip generously. As a business owner myself, I manage a fleet of seven vehicles, which I bring for a wash at least once a month. Losing a customer like that because of poor management and lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable. Something in the management here needs to be addressed.

Did not trust this place at all! ...I went through their car wash and noticed I had a scratch on my back window. I talked to them about it. They took down my info and never called me. Very sketchy business!
