This is probably the oldest gas station in Santa Rosa. The pumps are garbage and there’s no one ever in the booth to give you a receipt. Crazy expensive too!

I never thought I would give it d gas station 5 stars but these people deserve it. They sell gas for less than $6 per gallon, I pumped it, I paid for it and they get 5 stars.

This place is a joke. Whoever owns or manages this place. DONT PURCHASE CAR WASH until you make sure there’s an employee on site. These people can’t afford to buy receipt paper that their stations NEVER provide a physical receipt unless you got see a “CASHIER” which is almost never present.

Had an accident on the 101 and pulled into this gas station to make sure my bumper won't fall off for the rest of my drive and the attendant came to chase me away. I also planned to get gas but I went to a different gas station because the attendant told me to leave.

I use this station. Because I use the app get upside. It pays you cash back for using your bank card you use. It works. You can also refer people and get bonus for when they use it. I just transfer money to my paypal when I need it and then to my bank.

Fairly typical petrol station, does have the benefit of being able to use UK issued bank cards at the pump though.

Thanks for being rude. I love it when this happens, as I just switch businesses to purchase from when I found out that I dont like the way a particular place does business. Your customer service is causing your business to lose out on revenue, I was spending $80 a week, but I'll be using those funds on another gas station now instead. However, poor customer service is expected from workers with no education. 👇

I parked at the edge of the parking lot in order to walk across the street and give a few things to some of the very vulnerable people who are clearly living outside close by. Approached by an employee who told me not to park there again, the owners “don’t allow that anymore” I certainly will never, ever pull in to that parking again. Not even if they are selling gasoline for less than the local market. There’s a spot that’s always .10 less a block west, anyway. If someone had approached me to thank me for trying to help people who obviously need it I would pay their prices, gladly.

Always nice people here. But gas prices went up a dollar 59 since last week. Not happy. I think gas companies put up the rices, so the governor didn't get what he was going, about giving us money for the price of gas. Gas company just puts up the price anyway.

Some of the staff are quite rude. You always have to show your ID for scratchers cigarettes anything that's over 21--it doesn't matter if you're 60/70 year old you still have to have your ID or they will not sell it. I personally prefer to go to Valero or any other gas station then that particular gas station ⛽

About 3 months ago l noticed that their system did not subtract the discount l got for purchasing a car wash (30c/gal). I asked a cashier to pay those in other way. He almost yelled at me. Said it's impossible yet pronounced that the problem in a system will be fixed that week. 3 months later, l still did not get a discount. I am not supporting business with no integrity. I used to come every week.

This place is the worse if you use cash. I’ve stopped here multiple times to get gas. Every time I’ve been there, there is no cashier or the cashier’s that are there are on break.

I like this location bc it's close to home, easy exit off the hwy. There is no convenience store but there is a kiosk for snax/drinks/cigarettes. The pumps are a problem as they are older & don't work the fastest. There is a car wash on site & it works really good. A nice gas & wash spot. I try to only use Shell on my car bc of the additives & better quality gas, my Kia is approaching 200k miles. I know most of that is a owner who takes care of their car, but I really think good oil & good gas make a difference too!

WOW! I didn’t expect such service from a “gas station” really- my family lives in Santa Rosa and Petaluma and we were visiting from back east for the holidays and needed gas so we( myself, husband, kids, dogs, sisters, bros, and grandparents most with significant others in tote) needless to say we had quite the pack here- five vehicles total, and I was the only car that was going to fill up here and the others were gonna go a block away to 7-11 and “save” .20/gal. ( woopie- a whole $4 for a fill up) but whatever- I always use Shell in my tank because it’s Q U A L I T Y it can’t be beat, and YES , all gas is NOT created equally. Anyways I needed some local questions answered and had some directional questions too. The attendant she said her name was Kimberly, she was EXTREMELY welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and very sincere. Her “Customer Service” was out of this world. That just doesn’t happen anymore unfortunately, these days you’re very lucky to get anyone to just give you “service” let alone the kind of service/care that seems to come effortlessly to Kimberly. All of my questions and directional issues I had that she could help me with or solve where taken care of thoroughly and promptly, (she even came out of the small cubicle booth that they have there to help me understand and point in directions and such)as well as her natural down to earth personality just really made our day. I usually DO NOT write reviews, but when we left my husband even made a comment about her character and help and “ wow we had some actual stellar customer service today) and my son screamed “ hey mom that lady was cool” lol ( he’ s 6 years old and Kimberly said she thought his action figure he brings everywhere with him was super cool and the best one) so that even goes to show Kimberly made some sort of positive impression on my minis. Anyway thank you Kimberly as well as whomever decided to hire her- Supreme choice! Thanks Santa Rosa She’ll for a positive memorable experience! Oh yeah, I almost forgot- the rest of the caravan with me( 5 cars) decided to skip 7-11 and filled up at Shell (I think they noticed too) When we return in the summer I sincerely hope that Kimberly is still working there we want to bring her something from our family from our home town of New York, New York. Thanks again for everything!
