5/4/17 we drove through car wash, the dryer did not work at all . I mentioned it to the clerk and got attitude and argument. Will not go back to this Shell station again.

Today was the second time I've been to this gas station with the clerk unavailable both during the afternoon and on the weekend, Poorly managed and no urgency to deliver gas to customers.

Was treated horribly by their employee named Jennifer..I will never get gas there again..I have heard her yell at other customers too in the past.. She gives horrible customer service

I'm not sure what the other reviews are talking about, but the service here is by far the best I've ever seen in gas station, which isn't something you really expect from any gas station. The kid behind the counter (don't know his name, but I'll find out) is incredibly friendly. Every conversation ends with a fist bump, and it just brightens up my day.

Stopped in for gas. Super friendly staff. They had a rest room I was able to use. It was clean with soap and everything. Anyone who ever tries to use a restroom at a gas station in California knows how rare this is.

Never come here early morning. Gentlemen locks door and sits inside ignoring you so you cant buy drinks or pay cash for gas. Or he goes in bathroom for 20 minutes at a time. Never fails. I've tried stopping here multiple times a week for a month with the same issues with him. Kid who comes in later is great. Not the older guy though. Station is dirty and frequently has homeless people sitting and laying around property.

The price they use to lure you in is a price with a wash and of course the wash is a fine print. So I'm never coming back to those scammers again and I don't recommend you use this station
