So pissed! Pumps don't work and went to 2 before leaving. Actually called into the store to make sure my transactions were cancelled because it wouldn't let me cancel!!! Hello...fraud alert! Shell, you're sucking ass and pissing me off. 2nd time I've left because pump wasn't working. I also didn't make convenience store purchases because of it.

As far as friendly service, this place has really gone downhill. This is my neighborhood gas station and just recently the owner has hired new employees that are rude and disrespectful. They are more interested in getting numbers from women and talking amongst themselves about the appearance of women than they are about customer service. Their prices have always been a little higher, but I didn't mind considering the personalized and friendly service I used to get, but now they've increased their prices again and the new employees make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It's not so much the gas prices that have gone up, I'm speaking of the convenience store items, such as, chips, candy, soda, cigarettes, cigarillos and quick lunch foods. I'm boycotting this place now because of a run in with one of the employees and the way I was treated. He was very disrespectful, rude and immature. He was sucking his teeth at me and he even laughed in my face. I went so far as to speak with the owner, Willie Waddell, who I've interacted with on a regular basis over the years. He tried to "make things right" by giving me my items for free, but I told him the only way it would be made right would be to dismiss the offender from his job. I suggested this because this type of disrespect wasn't a one time occurrence with this employee, and he is a reflection of the business. Mr. Waddell decided to keep him, and this just isn't good business ethics. The bottom line is, you can't have your employees continually disrespect your customers or talk about "what you want to do to that girl" in front of customers, especially if there are children present. As you can tell, I'm still bothered by these incidents. I used to have so much respect for the owner since he does volunteer work and gives back to the community. He's such a hard worker, you'll find him working at his gas station daily. I just can't understand why Mr. Waddell would allow a foul mouth, disrespectful employee represent him and his business after he has been through so much to keep and maintain what he has accomplished. Even through break ins, undesirables, customers threatening him and even someone driving their car through the front door of his store!! So, if you are just getting gas, and you are paying at the pump, then sure, this place would be fine, BUT, if you need to grab something from inside the convenience store, I suggest you drive on by to the next one because some people that work in customer service just don't understand their job description.

Every time I come here half the pumps are either bagged off or payment is not working and you have to go inside and wait. It's ridiculous. They actively make it hard to get gas here

Nothing stand out about this place. It happened to be convenient for our purposes the other day. Gas prices always seem to be on the high end, you won't be getting any happy deals on gas here. Seems to be fairly well stocked, but you will pay for the convenience.

The staff that works there are fairly kind people, however, 2 big issues with the place are out of date products, and their hours. There’s a good chance if you survey any handful of products, you will find something expired. Also I’ve tried to go there several times where they were. “closed” early evening. Door says they close at 10 but I’ve been there at 8 o’clock and now 940 and closed. place is very inconsistent.

I have been in this gas stations several times and the card readers don't work properly most of the time, today was the worst, i try to pay at the pump and my card couldn't be read so i went inside to pay at the cashier and after several attemps using my debit and my 2 credit card ( the three cards were declined) i left the place feeling embarrassed, on my way home i stop at a grocery store and after that i went to pump gas at a gas station right a cross the street from the grocery store and guess what? I paid with my debit card in both places with no issue. I gave two stars just because the staff at this locations are nice, today's cashier even gave my grandson the mood ring he already had in his finger that we couldn't pay for because the issue.

This gas station costs 4cents more than a he one across the street. Someone asked my husband for money while he pumped gas, but it’s safe. Don’t let that concern you.

I rented a u-haul and tow dolly from here and the service was incredible. I was nervous because I don’t have much experience with trailers and they attached it to the truck for me and showed me how to do it. When i was pulling away they noticed my attached cars wheels were not spinning and ran me down so I can stop and get my car in neutral (newer car that applies the auto-park). If they didn’t do that it would have balded my tires which could have been disaster on the highway and another few hundred bucks to get new tires. Very grateful and appreciative of their above and beyond service! Very good people
