Bad gas, but a clean looking station. The regular made my car feel sluggish. Regular from everywhere else has worked fine for my car.

Card stuck twice in a roll, on station 2 and 3, Spent 20mins in total, waiting for friendly staff to restart the machine. I was using it like normal, insert -> wait for signal to remove -> try to remove -> card stuck. Machine is really old.

These bums charge $270 for a pump hose disconnect. 👎🏽 go somewhere else. They are money hungry! And the hot food gave me a stomach ache.

I have had my card number stolen TWICE after transactions at this Shell station. Once was a skimmer, that's on me, another was a charge for a car wash. Avoid, avoid, avoid - or pay cash, I guess, if you're running on fumes

The car wash is expensive but fast. However, make sure you need to completely fill up on gas if you want a wash because you get 15% off you gas when you sign up.

How is it possible for a gas station to be AlWAYS out of receipt paper? I try to go green and not get one for my own car, but I need them for my work vehicle to get reimbursed. Then when I go inside to ask for it they always give me attitude and take forever. Just STOCK the receipt paper. Literally every time I go this is an issue.

The car wash didn't get the hood or top of my car PLUS there was a clear sign to wait for the car in front of me before inputting my car wash code, which I did. In the meantime, every impatient Lexus and Tesla driver behind me serenaded me with their horns. Awful, awful experience. And I had to wash my own car once I got home.

Very clean and the people that work there or extremely helpful and I was surprised to learn that every Shell station is a loop station. If you get a card you can get a free coffee or any size soda drink free each time you visit. There are 28 Loop shell franchises in San Francisco but they do not say Loop they just have food shop on the outside but all you do is ask them if they are Loop participants and let them know you have a card or that you want one and you can get one and the services that come along with it

They have one purpose, which is in the name (gas station). Every pump has a tap-to-pay scanner to pay for the gas. Yet EVERY single scanner has not worked for months! I suspect they are covertly funded by Green Peace and this is some form of subterfuge, because otherwise it would mean they somehow are OK limiting their customer base and therefore profits 😆

I stop here two or three times a week. The staff are pleasant and this place has all kinds of munchies, drinks (including several Icee flavors and fruit smoothies) and more. They also have a car wash that doesn't leave scratches on my car.

This review is for the car wash. 5 stars because it’s cheap ($13 for the premium wash), it’s fast (5 minutes start to finish, usually no line), and it gets the job done (my car is clean). If I had a super nice car and cared a bit more about avoiding micro scratches and achieving a head-turning shine I’d consider other options, but at least for now, this is exactly what I’m looking for. I’ll be back.

Too lazy to refill the paper towels or the receipts in the gas pumps always have to go inside. Very annoying when you want to get a car wash

BEWARE!!! Insert your credit card at your own risk. I used pump #7 and my card got stuck. Took someone completely resetting the pump in order to release my card and then the pump wouldn’t even work. Had to use another one to get gas. I would have left if I wasn’t on empty. A quick stop for gas turned into almost 30 min wasted. This place SUCKS!!!

Lazy girl working on Saturday 9:22PM September 27. I walked in and shes talking to a guy and there's 2 cashiers which the guy was very friendly and being attentive. Other girl cashier was flirting talking to a guy hiting on her who has been there for 15 minutes. I come back a few minutes later because my gas pump was not pumping and she just looks at me and says nothing so i say "excuse me sorry are you able to help me" she just looks at me and stares at my beutiful face and says not a single word. (guy left already) She can't even figure out or even help me with my issue on why the pump wasn't working until she sees the other cashier "the guy" come from the back and she tells him to help me which he was very sweet about. And she goes back to talking to the weird customer that just walked in again for the 5th time, weird guy just hitting on her and shes just flirting, smiling, legs crossed in heat. The guy she found attractive was about 5'2, earrings, slit on eyebrows, drives white honda with stickers all around it. Very lazy, most laziest thing i've ever witnessed. You're at work be professional or at least etiquette!
