★☆☆☆☆ Worst experience every, paid in advance for the service and then they cancelled it the day I was supposed to return, then when I asked for a refund they said no and that I would need to go through SFO Parking. Outrageous and this company should not be allowed on SFO any longer, I will be sure to file a formal complaint with BBB, City and County of SF. They should not take peoples money in advance and then not provided the service, I believe that’s call stealing -

★☆☆☆☆ Foolishly paid for a wash and wax as part of my long term parking at SFO for two weeks. First I recieved an inappropriate and harassing text message from an alleged former employee, and when I returned they had not done the wash and wax paid for. They have not responded to multiple emails or phone calls. This place is a scam. Do not waste your time.
