Went into get a car wash and when my credit card didn’t work, I used another cc and that didn’t work either. I pressed the help button but no one came out to help. I waited for 10 minutes and still no one came out to help. Never coming back here and hope no one does. Horrible

Clean gas station. Window washer buckets have new squeeges and soapy water. Save $.20 per gallon when you get a car wash. Car wash has 4 options. Car was worked well and was well maintained!

Their air/water machine is great. For air, you specify what PSI you want and it fills to that PSI then stops. It takes quarters and credit cards, but they'll also turn it on for you for free if you ask. And their windshield squeegees, water, and paper towels are well-stocked.

Came here for a car wash. The payment machine was broken with a post-it note stating to pay inside. I went inside but their debit/credit card machine was broken. Cash only. So I attempt to pay with a $20 bill but the clerk says I can’t pay with a $20 cause their “counterfeit bill detector” machine was broken. So I couldn’t pay with cash, I couldn’t pay with card, and I couldn’t pay at the machine. It wasn’t upsetting as much as it was surreal and bizarre. So yeah don’t go here for anything if you need to pay with cash, debit, or credit. Maybe bring bitcoin?

Car wash machine would not accept credit cards but there was no sign stating this at the beginning of the line. So I wasted 20 minutes in line for nothing. There wasn't even a notice on the machine soI also wasted several minutes trying multiple credit cards. The help button on the screen did nothing. When I called the station, the guy took forever to come out and then all he did was say "it doesn't work, you have to pay inside". Horrible way to run a business and I'll never come back.

In order to get better price on gas, you need to get gas "first" and then go to car wash. I didn't know and went to car wash first, and they wouldn't give me discount on gas...... Car wash was very powerful......perhaps a little too powerful that I think it gave my car a few scratches. Remember to fold your mirrors before going into the washing machine. And for some reason the machine missed washing the nose(front tip) area of the car......

Staff is very unfriendly. Had been buying gas here for half a year. One day I left my car for about 10 min during filling. The staff almost jumped on me when I came back, saying no parking here with a nose pouting attitude. But I was buying gas! I can understand Luis (the staff) might have had a long day that day. But his attitude was telling me “I don’t need your business”.

The reason I am writing this is review: one of the employees opened a package in front of me with his teeth before handing it over. Maybe just a me-issue, but aside from medical issues I can see from a man’s lips and saliva gently rubbing over a product that I’m about to use, I see a major demand for a box cutter to make sure the shrink wrap wouldn’t hurt the lips/teeth/gums of the employee. I have been at this gas station/car wash probably over 30 times so far. I like that it is located at a great spot, always available for pumping gas, can park around the lot when done. Gets an added star for not having seen any vagrant characters once! Negative/neutral: staff is friendly, but usually can’t speak even basic English - for picking a product or having a receipt printed-. It happened to me twice that the car wash number on the receipt didn’t work, so I had to circle around to ask for a different car wash number. (Major comms issue here) The car wash has some valve issue, so the car gets sprayed with leaking water/chemical after done, and leaves foamy residues after the blowers. The blowers are running way too short for my full size sedan, definitely not long enough for an SUV or truck.

The car wash doesn’t accept credit cards. There is no sign anywhere! I was waiting in line for over 15 minutes, and had to go around because there is no place to exit my car so I could pay inside.. When I got inside, the guy working there offered no apologies. He said there was a sign at the machine. I asked him if it would make more sense to have the sign so we could see BEFORE we go in line. Half hour wasted because they couldn’t understand the concept!

Horrible customer service!!!!! Gas pump sales car wash service even when the washing service is out of order without advising client before purchasing. I asked the cashier for a refund and she refused to refund, my only option was to come back one when then washing service works. I ask when, she had no clue. I am not local, I am from over 100 miles away, just stopped by gas and car washing…. SUPER RUDE CASHIER, UNWILLING TO REFUND THE $9 FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS OFFERED BUT NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL WHO KNOWS.. DO NOT PURCHASE CAR WASHING UNLESS YIU SEE THE TUNNEL RUNNING!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I visited this location for a car wash and paid for the Ultra package. However, the drying air that’s supposed to activate at the end never turned on. My car was left completely wet and still had soap on it. I went inside the gas station to ask for assistance. The employee at the counter told me I’d have to wait for the manager, as she didn’t know how to operate the car wash. When the manager, Regina, finally arrived, she was completely unhelpful and dismissive. She made no effort to resolve the issue. While I was there, another customer experienced a similar problem — the car wash didn’t activate at all. He had to exit and drive all the way back around, clearly indicating that something was wrong with the system. Regina eventually turned on the drying air, but it only ran for 30 seconds before abruptly shutting off — even though the display initially showed 1:30. When I questioned her, she insisted (falsely) that it’s always been 30 seconds. As a frequent Shell customer, I know for a fact that’s not true. Instead of offering any real help, she responded with attitude and brushed me off. I understand that a $15 car wash gone wrong isn’t the end of the world — but it’s the principle. The lack of accountability, the unwillingness to help, and the overall rudeness were unacceptable. I’ve contacted Shell corporate in hopes that they take this matter seriously. If Shell wants to maintain loyal customers, investing in proper training — especially for managers — is long overdue.

The air pump is a fraud. It is counterintuitive to use to begin with. Then it does not show the correct pressure during pumping, always show I am losing pressure during pumping, so I have to renew to keep pumping, after 4 times I finally got pressure close to the recommended pressure, but when I started my car, it shows the pressure is like 20 psi higher than recommended level. It’s crazy, if you don’t pay attention, you can totally blow your tires on road. During my 4 tries, I went into the shop to tell the staff it doesn’t work, they told me it works, just try more and it is FREE. That’s why I tried 4 times. BUT, what they didn’t tell me is that it’s only free if they push a button from the store to start the machine. If you use the credit card charger outside, you will be charged. So it’s not free, but I was misled, I only found out when I checked my Apple Pay history. Worse over, although on the machine it says 2 dollars or 1.5 dollars (confusing already), but what it really charges is 2.5 dollars. So I went back to talk to the staff, what I got on the free charging is that, it’s free if they pressed the button, but not if I use the credit card charger, and it’s my responsibility to figure it out. Now they told me the catch, very dishonest! About the charging $2.5 while showing $2, they just said it is what it is, so they are not even trying to find an excuse. And said if I want, I can come back next Monday to talk to the manager, that will be a waste of time. Putting it out here to help others not to fall for the trap

Very dated Shell gas station, with a small store and limited selection of drinks and snacks. Air pump is usually out of order, windshield cleaner is often broken with no fluids, and car wash is not very good. Located on a busy street corner, so the lines can be long during rush hour traffic.
