This place is a 5 star service. They know how to detail a car and they have the best machines and products in the Bay Area. Clay bar, wax, interior/ exterior detail you name it they can do it! Met the owner and he personally waxed my car. He really cares and customer service here is incredible!

Beware of scammy business practices. Tried to charge me for a package for car washes when i made it clear I’m only looking for one. I was lucky my partner noticed in the bill!

I’ve been all over. two different states car washes and this car wash here is a 10 they do excellent job on cleaning your car get the monthly membership. It’s only $50. Ask for Mila. She is such a great help ❤️❤️💯

They were pretty thorough with the glass cleaning and the machine was able to get all the water spots / ash that built up from the fires nearby over the past 2 weeks. They put my Tesla Model 3 into tow mode before letting it go through the machine without a driver, and it worked perfectly! I made sure to take before pictures and watch it just in case... I already had a few micro scratches even though I made sure to use clean microfibers for every wipe, so I can't comment on whether more were added or not. Rims were unaffected.

They always do a great job on my details. I get the interior a lot but even when I go for the full detail, I’m always impressed with how much time they spend and how great it looks when I leave. Marvin, the manager, is especially helpful. He was able to resolve an issue I had with my gift cards and was super customer service focused. I can also tell he’s really good with directing the staff and keeping the place running smoothly! Thank you, Marvin!

got the full interior detail service for $250, not worth it at all. car was returned with the seats soaking wet. chemical soap smell remained in the car for a week. surfaces had a sticky residual.

Solid car wash - they do a pretty good job with the regular car washes although no matter how short the line it always seems to take longer than it should and if you have sticky stuff (like bird poop) stuck on your car it does not always come off - but as a basic wash they do a good job. Their detail shop is much better and they have been able to clean up all sorts of messes on my paint and in my car. Once I spilled a small can of paint on the carpet inside and they were able to make it look like new so very appreciative of that. All in all, probably the best option in San Mateo and Burlingame.

The good: fast friendly service at a reasonable price The bad: some water must’ve gotten into my car because it smelled mildew-y for like a week. Plus the magnetic phone holder in my car was gone after the service. When they tell you to remove valuables from the car, I didn’t think it would have to include a phone holder!

I’ve been a regular customer at Ducky’s Car Wash a few years now, and they never fail to deliver a reliable and fast service. The team here clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of every wash. Recently, I experienced an issue with my car wash and express wax service. What impressed me most was how quickly their regional manager, Michael, reached out to me personally to address the situation. He genuinely wanted to know how they could make things right, and they absolutely followed through on making it better. This kind of proactive customer service is rare these days. It’s clear that Ducky’s doesn’t just talk about customer satisfaction – they actively work to ensure it.

They run the cars through so fast and don’t do a decent job!!!The floors were not vacuumed and the inside dirty. I spoke to the Spanish supervisor and he was not helpful. 40.00 wasted! This place sucks!

My boss recommended this place and he takes all his cars here and I can see why! The prices are lower than any car wash in the area and they offer unlimited washes for $25 a month. I love how I can drop off the car immediately and sit down and wait instead of having to wait in my car for 30+ minutes like the one off broadway exit in Burlingame. Their system is super efficient and my car looks brand new every time. The manager Marvin is always super helpful

The inside of the windshield was dirty. It didn’t look like anybody had tried to clean it. The passenger window on the driver side hadn’t been clean. The inside door panel on the driver side was dirty. Very disappointed in the service. I don’t think I will be going back. I’ve been going to duckies for many many years, but recently they seem to have slacked off on cleaning the car properly.

Got the full detail service, was pretty good. They buffed up some minor scratches also, that was a surprise. It is a 12 year old truck, but looks new now. Their prices are a bit higher than other wash down in San Mateo.

I have been coming here for the last 3 years. But, lately they are extremely slow for some reason. They are taking a long time to wash the car. This was not the case before. I don’t know what is happening. I have been here today for at least 30 minutes now. The car is still not ready. The line was not bad at all. But they are super slow lately. I hope management takes a note. I am not trying to put blame on anyone but still I thought I have to bring it up

UPDATE 1/20/26 The entire crew today was working at 110%. There was very much a solid team feel to everyone as they were all smiling and laughing and they did a simply outstanding job on every car I saw. The place was packed, but they moved everybody through in 20 minutes or less. Whatever happened between last time and this time is remarkable. Highly recommended. These guys do pretty good work, but don’t come in the morning because they let every limo move to the front of line… Even though I was the only car in the vacuum lane, I ended up coming out behind five limos. Went from first car in to last car out. No one was here when I arrived…. Took 48 minutes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing service and super clean car! I had an excellent experience at Ducky’s Car Wash. Before the wash even started, 3–4 staff members worked together to thoroughly vacuum the interior. My car was really dirty, and they did an amazing job — it was spotless. The wash tunnel itself looks very modern and advanced, and after the wash, several employees carefully wiped down both the exterior and interior, including the door edges and small details. In the end, my car looked like brand new, and everything was done very quickly and efficiently. I did have a small issue in the middle — I purchased a monthly membership on my phone, but it didn’t work at checkout because I accidentally selected the wrong location. The front desk staff member was extremely kind and patient and helped me troubleshoot the issue. After confirming what went wrong, she called over the supervisor Mike, who quickly resolved the problem. Mike went above and beyond by explaining Ducky’s wash process, the membership details, and even information about other locations, which was incredibly helpful. Both of them were very professional, patient, and friendly. Huge shout-out to the front desk staff and to Mike — truly outstanding service! I’ll definitely be coming back. James
