When searching for cheap gas, this shell was lower than the other name brands. It a good alternative to Costco if the lines are long and your in a hurry Just to the north.

Had a bad experience on the car wash talk to the manager and she was polite but she made me wait for couple of dias for me to talk to the boss and the boss was not polite and told me to call my insurance because he thinks im making this up. People dont wash your car there its sucks and its washer so poorly I had to wash it twice. Cant believe shell would do this to a client so Im decided to do my bussines anywhere but shell.

Without exception the Staff and the premises are exceptional ! Staff: Polite, Respectful, Friendly & Helpful Premises: Very clean, Well organized spaces & Great prices. In those respect better than all other gas stations San Diego County I have found since Summer 2003. Since discovering this location 6 months ago or so - I have been coming here for my gas, now treating it as my local - even driving further than 2 other Shell stations ! Simply - I am convinced Shell is the premium brand & this station the finest location.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Shell on Main St. I was charged $58 on October 17 for gas that I never actually received, and it’s now almost two weeks later. I still haven’t gotten my money back. I called multiple times and got a different answer every time. At first, they told me the money would be released in a couple of hours. Then they said it would take a few days. Now I’m being told the manager is on vacation, so I have to wait even longer before anything can be fixed. That’s unacceptable this isn’t pocket change, it’s my hard-earned money. The manager clearly didn’t close or process the transaction correctly, and instead of owning up to the mistake, they’ve left me waiting for weeks with no real help. I’ve contacted my bank about the issue because I’m done being passed around. Shell corporate seriously needs to check how this location is being run no one should have to chase down their own money because of poor management and zero accountability.
