What a joke, do you just hire straight out of a meth house? Charge an extra 10c a gallon to use my bank card. Oh yeah and standing there for 20 minutes while they count tills when there is a store full of people. Not going back!

The gas station attendant was great. The guy inside suffered from major derp. I went in to tell him that the car wash was out of order. He said "No it's not." Really so I'm either a liar or I wanted to mess with him. DERP! I got the car washed eventually when a lady came out to fix it and the blower didn't work. They said it was the pressure plate. Needless to say the car didn't get dry. No biggie except I drive a taxi and image is everything. If it were my hoopty no problem. The derp of the day award goes to these guys.

Gas price here was $0.55 more per gallon than indicated on google maps. It’s just lazy for them not to update this. Misleads people into driving a few miles out of the way only to stop here and be disappointed.

I would caution anyone using the car wash. We recently took my husbands brand new GMC pickup through and upon arriving back.at our house (about a five minute drive) we immediately noticed some pretty significant scratches on both sides of the truck. Most.of.the damage can be repaired by buffing them out but there are about four small scratches that are down to the primer. Beware

One of the best things about this store is that you can get chips, sodas, beer, chicken and then go next door to the Sunriver Virtual Reality Rooms and play games ( yes they let you bring in your own food and drink. ).

Just left only Manger at counter, working his tail off, moving the line, all by himself. The the counter ladies all come out of nowhere after he does all the work. The counter ladies have nothing but lazy horrible attitudes and should be sent to etiquette school for manners!

Yesterday, I pulled into your station to fuel my car. It was about to run out of gas. Your attendant, Brandon, asked for my credit card. To my dismay, I left it at home and I didn’t have enough gas to return home, fetch the card, and return. At this point, without hesitation, Brandon pulled $6.00 dollars out of his pocket and offered to pump that amount into my car. Such an act of kindness astounded me. I am now a Brandon fan. Consistently understaffed. Waited 15 min to be helped in the store with 1 other person in there, and another 15 to FINALLY get my gas pumped. Cashier didn't even let me know he was the only one working and it was going to be a wait on fuel.

Check your receipts better. Wasnt thinking and bought sunglasses and a sprite. Was charged for 2 pair of sunglasses at 14.99 in stead of one. Unfortunately I'm halfway to grants pass when I noticed the charge to my bank

The team was understaffed but they are looking to hire more people. The lady behind the register was super nice and professional. She had a long line and she moved through us really quick and was kind during my time at the front of the line. I would give this place more stars but the Reese Cups are $1.99 and that is sad. Otherwise a pretty good pit stop if you ask me.

The customer service while getting fuel was outstanding. Although I went to wash my window and several of the squeegees were missing chunks of material and I inquired about another one and I was told that ownership declined getting new squeegees. Whether or not that is accurate I don't know all I can tell you is what I saw

Guy who pump my gas was very kind and courteous, the moment I walked in the store. The fat guy behind the counter started a snicker, and make jokes about my demeanor to his friend. “Time to get serious” consider better employees. We will not shop here again.

**UPDATE Chris that just started pumping gas is amazing! Very fast, polite, and has no problem washing a windshield (even though I don’t need it) it’s just good customer service. Good job Chris! Now my starts go up. The “bigger” guy who recently started pumping gas should not be working anywhere that requires customer service skills. He is very rude and impolite. All together most people working here are not courteous to their customers. You literally have to pump your own gas if you don’t have 10-20 minutes to sit and wait. They don’t include a windshield wash here at this Shell either. It’s not their goal to help get customers on their way in a fast or polite manner. I wish the gentleman who pumped gas before would come back (older man with a beard, gave the pups treats, was fast, polite, washed windshields, and was always very nice. He knows what customer service skills are.

Full Service was great. Day before they were short staffed and we got no service. Since we have been using a lot of gas, I can say the service here has been great. Soda fountain mixes well but they have been out of large cups. Haven't tried anything else but staff recommends the crunchy chicken. Near Camp Abbott ACE so try out both places before leaving Sunriver.

Avoid this station. The pump card readers barely work, so you’re forced to go inside to prepay. The staff is unprofessional, poorly trained, and acts like customers are an inconvenience. During my visit, the cashier (Cheis) mishandled a basic prepay and deleted all of my Shell rewards points (worth $0.45/gal — about $15 lost on my fill-up). No apology. When I asked what happened, the response was, “Oh yeah, that’s Shell’s problem, not ours.” The attitude was unbelievable. It then took nearly five minutes to print a simple receipt. I travel nationwide for work and this is, without question, the worst Shell location I’ve encountered. The equipment is failing, the customer service is openly dismissive, and no one here takes accountability for their mistakes. Shell corporate needs to get involved — this location is damaging the brand.

Car wash did a horrible job. Back of my car didn’t look touched and the sides were still dirty in spots. I’ve been to several drive through car washes but dont waste your money here.
