Paid 10$ for the ultimate car wash. It was useless did not clean the car as they promise. I showed to the clerk on duty. He said I have to pay more to clean that.

This place is horrible. Came here one morning to get a car wash and there was no one at the window. It seems as if the employee was asleep in his car. It’s supposed to be 24 hours but that’s not the case.

I've never left a bad review anywhere I'm my life. I have had many bad experiences here that include there car wash not working at all and not being refunded 2 different times. They will not give you a refund for a car wash even if it never started and you were never able to pull in. Secondly today I was harrassed and yelled at needlessly while attempting to get gas by the male owner. I am a female and was alone in my car and felt this was highly inappropriate and threatening behavior. I Have never seen this type of personal assault from a business owner in all my life hence the bad review. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow and the thought did cross my mind to report it to the police as it was battery but I did yell back so there's that. NEVER GO HERE! I will never be back ever. They're over priced anyway and there is a better gas station right down mission. Not worth getting ripped off or harrassed.

The car wash at this specific Shell is terrible. It honestly left my car looking dirtier. The spray nozzles don’t work, and I almost feel like it scratched my car.

I went to this gas station to fill up my tank. And ask the person working there if they had a bathroom. He asked if I had 5 dollars. I asked what is the 5 dollars for and he said for me to use the bathroom. I told him I got gas and I need to use the bathroom. He looked me up n down and finally said yes to letting me use the bathroom.
