I come to this car wash at least once a week and usually, I have no problem with the drive-through car wash but currently there’s something wrong with the card Swiper I tried to swipe my card at least 20 times then proceeded to watch at least four cars do the same thing and none of us were able to get a car wash . can you please fix the card swiper? it feels like there’s a weird Nick in it or some thing Thank you. Update: May 23, 2023 They added a NFC contactless card reader option now ! Thank you!

Poor customer service. I've been here many times with only small issues. Have one large issue worth calling about. Spot free rinse didn't work, and was told they didn't believe me. Now I have a spotty car for the week and no help getting my refund to get my car looking good. Waste of money. Go elsewhere.

Went there today before 2pm. I had to wait about 20 minutes for the drive thru car wash. The Car in front of me paid and went in. I paid for my wash and waited. The Car Wash stopped working telling the car inside to exit. The car left. Told me to go in, only to do the same thing to me. I paid $16 for a car wash that I didn’t even get. Keep in mind they have no number to call or anyone on site to help you out in case their an issue. They just give you a site for receipts that you can’t even read. Now I have no way to get my money back. Don’t get rob, Go somewhere else.

It is amazing how well this car wash works. It's worth the wait in line. I had a massive amount of bugs on the front of my car from a 12 hour drive to Portland, Oregon. Although it did not remove all of them, it did remove most. The rest were "softened" from the wash and I was able to wipe most of them off before using a detailer to remove the rest. The rest of my car came so clean I plan to use this car wash many more times.

Went here today for the first time. I recently purchased a new car (brand new; 37 miles on it) and don't want to use the auto car washes with dirty spinning brush to scratch up the paint. My car came out 95% clean and about 85% dry. I pulled into the Lucky's and did a wipe down to finish drying and dry the door frames. Super happy with the results. $14 and about 20-25 minutes in line was absolutely worth it. I'll definitely be back.

I have moved out of Hayward but still keep going back to this place for automatic car wash. They have a robust system of touchless car wash- very efficient. You can also do manual car wash for $3 for 4 min. They have shampoo, vacuum, etc at the back of the facility as well. I haven't been able to find any reliable, convenient and affordable replacement of this so far.

It's ok to vacuum but I don't like how the drive-thru car didn't really scrub the car just sprayed stuff. The windshield still had a dirt line from the windshield wipers. It's convenient but not the worst drive-thru car wash

I have been to several other laser wash places, this one could not remove bugs or even clean the regular dust marks from doors. And on top of it about only 30 seconds of air doesn’t make sense. Not going back.

One of the only touch-less car washes around!! Powerful and won’t mess up your vehicles. I come all the time to do many different family’s members vehicles. They also have a self cleaning area to wash your vehicle if you are interested in doing it yourself. But the touch-less car wash definitely recommended for all vehicles especially the new ones.

BEWARE - CONSUMER ADVISORY - AVOID THIS BUSINESS Apathetic ownership TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS. Atrocious customer service. Touchless car wash frequently malfunctions. You will loose your money and your car won't get washed. DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR MAY OCCUR On four occasions, the touchless Car Wash failed to detect the presence of my car and the spray arm repeatedly hit the side of my vehicle. Sometimes the unit powers down in the middle of the wash leaving your car unwashed and covered in suds. NO REFUNDS Forget about getting a refund. The owner, Gerald, is confrontational, petty, and insulting. POORLY MAINTAINED MACHINERY Machinery failures are frequent. When equipment breakdowns occur, the owner Gerald will treat you with contempt and suspicion. This has happened to me several times and Gerald wouldn't provide the services I paid for and wouldn't refund my money. DIRTY UNSAFE FACILITIES There are often piles of trash on the ground in the vacuum area. Homeless people loiter next to the self service wash bays and aggressively panhandle. Homeless use the landscaping around the Car Wash as a toilet. This used to be my favorite Car Wash, but the owner has run the business into the ground and treats customers like they're disposable. Good place to wash your vehicle, is all water washed no worries about scratches from old fashioned spin brush washes. Air dry not bad you may have to wipe alittle for complete dryness. It have 4 types of wash from quick to ceramic seal.

Great place for a touch less wash, high pressure washer and rinses off all the grime, unlike other places I've been to. This place also have self washer stalls and vacuums. 👍

Car wash was great! I was skeptical at first it wouldn’t clean my car well but it did an amazing jobs cleaning off all the pesky gunk stuck to my car! The prices were quite reasonable for the wash and i’m very satisfied it didn’t damage my paint like traditional car washes. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends.

The car wash was much better than I expected. Car came out nice and clean. My only issue was the air drying phase, you only get 30 seconds which is a bit too short to dry my car, the back of my car did not make it through air drying before time ran out. If the air drying phase was 60 seconds I think that would be ideal.

This place offers both drive thru and self carwash. I saw drive thru machine wash has option with steam wash. Self carwash machine accepts credit card which is great and it doesn’t automatically renew the session and charge you when time is out which I love about. I want to visit more often.
