I was very impressed with this car wash! It's so challenging to find places that clean your car well anymore.. They did an amazing job! They even opened the trunk to make sure everything was clean under the lip and no water dripped down after I left. This is my new go to!

The wait time was the longest I’ve ever experienced at a car wash. And it wasn’t due to being busy which they were. However, they let my car sit and cleaned several other cars that arrived after my car arrived. I brought it to their attention and the gentleman was extremely rude! I asked if there was a manager I can speak with and then guy just turned around a walked away. Finally a found the manager and he apologized but there was nothing they could do at that point. My car sat for an hour with them not even starting it. It was unbelievable. I would not recommend this car wash. Horrible experience!

I love how my car looks shiny and new after a car wash. I always give it the works and my car just looks like it's straight out of a magazine. It's so pleasing to look at. The prices are pretty average, and the speed of service is about average. Really though you can only move so fast when you clean. I just, absolutely love clean cars.

I have such mixed feelings about this car wash. I have a great story of a manager who saw some light scratches in my cars paint, and he polished them out no extra charge. But I must say my last wash was a bit lacking. There was still dust on the dash throughout the forward portion close to the window. Many bird droppings, that I cleaned up with little trouble. If I had paid $20 dollars for the wash, I believe I could accept it, but for $46 I'm not expecting a detail job, but I certainly expected better than I was given. On the receipt, they have a policy not to leave till your satisfied, because of past performance I didn't think I would need to look it over before leaving. Would I go back? Yes, and hope it was just a bad day. But I must also say, I would be hesitant to pay for their best wash, I just can't see the difference. Give it a try and see what you think.

This is a fantastic car wash. They did a great job detailing the inside of my car, which hadn't looked so good since it was just purchased. They thoroughly cleaned the seats, dashboard, carpets and rugs. The top coat of paint is peeling off of my car, but the areas with it still in place looked super shiny. I highly recommend this car wash, especially for interior detailing.

Pablo and the rest of the crew there do a very good job in cleaning the car inside and out. They are very attentive and very courteous. I have been taking my cars there for years now and they always do a great job. If something is not done to your liking they will take care of it if you let them know.

Go To Gas station car washes that's way better than here, after choosing their Top offer, and also tipping those two lazy workers , when I gt home checked my car interior was same as I went there ,so Disappointed 😞 they didn't touched the interior. 👎

I liked that they were opened when I needed a wash. Plenty of workers. Most of them nice. These guys really help me out in a pinch. My car looked great after. They didn't take American Express however. Their tire dressing does not shine too long.

Very disappointed. I brought my car today for cleaning, I paid the 69.99 package +taxes, this is a $70 cleaning, inside and out. I have white stripes on my leather seats, the dirt that collected on my window its still there and the milk dripping marks from my kids, who were not with me at the time, it’s still there. Really? I do not think this is a good service. I was in a hurry when I left and didn’t noticed until I stoped at a store. Again, very disappointed.

And they don’t care about ur car I just had a car wash whit them they are very bad employees and I’m not happy whit service and working also. I am so glad that this car wash is reopened with new owners. They are way better than the other full service car wash in Hayward. I brought both my cars. They were very detailed, and cleaned better than other car washes in the area for a more reasonable price too then the others. Even their basic includes vacuum of the carpet which some places won't on their packages. They accomdated a special request for my Lincolin at no charge. The cars came out smelling so nice too! Highly recommended!! Give a try!

Decent price and quick service. My small hatchback took a little over half an hour with the cheapest option. You get what you pay for though, so don't expect maximum attention to detail. There were some water spots and small nooks that didn't totally get cleaned, but I mostly got what I wanted- a clean (enough) exterior and clean windows/mirrors.

Diappointed about the cleaning of my already clean car i wanted to treat myself for. They missed a few obvious spots e.g. the hand rest and its base plus the back of my back seat(3rd row) which i showed them upon inspection of the vehicle. A quick wipe, vacuum and wipe and i was ready. I got home and saw my mats were not touched, not even water and that there are maps of spots that weren't cleaned 4hrs 20m later. FYI my car was positioned in the 1st lane on the right directly under absolute shade of the big tree so maybe this was a factor about the stains not being visible even to them or me because i did not see it. Except now i am home 25m later through traffica nd directly under sunlight. Nonetheless, still not an excuse about the floor mats though. I plan on returning sometime tomorrow or this weekend for a quick wash of the floor mats and 3 spots to be spot cleaned else the rating goes lower which gives the business an opportunityfor it to go higher. In the interim all the staff were pleasant. NOTE: Attention to detail is a MUST HAVE SKILL in for an Auto detailing business especially if its going to take 4hrs and almost $300.00. Enjoy the photos

Went here for the first time and I have to say I had low expectations. However, the service and value for the price exceeded my expectations. I did the Ultra-wash for $59.99 and was impressed by the quality of the cleaning and detailing. All of the exterior plastic gets Armor All and the interior trim and dash also get treatment. All mats and floors are vacuumed and seats wiped down and vacuumed.
