This place has been awful since the day it has opened. The staff can get very nasty. The parking lot is so dirty. They have restrooms but do not allow you to use it. And the fast food restaurant a joined is abismal to say the least.

The asian dude that works there in the morning has ripped me off twice. Pay attention to your $ and what he says. If you feel doubt, ask to start the transaction over.

I come here all the time and always end up getting into it with THIS GUY He is very lazy and does not do his job all they do is vacuum the inside and barely do that I always have to end up taking over and cleaning the inside I was so upset I forgot to take pictures of the car before I cleaned it out. Very POOR customer service.

Very terrible experience. The payment machine cannot do payment, they made me walk all the way down to the inside the store and pay. The whole washing machine is inconvenient. They made me drove thru and put on gear neutral. My tire and car wheel got damaged.

I have been going for car wash to this place for several years. Recently thier machine and service crew became really bad. Soap still remains after wash but they still don't want to address it. I saw another car came back to the cashier with soapy roof and windows while I complaing to them. Here is the picture of his car.
