I paid twice ($30 total) to get the car wash to work, but the machine never got activated. I called the number listed on Google for customer service but no one picked up. I hope this gets resolved soon and I get the $30 refunded to me.

Great place with automatic robotic wash. Works pretty good, but I recommend taking at least Silver wash option which is the minimal but already includes soap and costs $8.

Went to get my car vacuumed… please fix you hoses! They have duck tape around them for what appears to be holes and the suction is very poor

It’s been a few times already you pay for the car wash and all of a sudden it is out of service before you enter. And nothing you can do !!!! No fun.

The auto wash machine is so old and not easy to use. It charged me $9 but didn't activate the machine.

Not too expensive, I had a choice between a $9 and $13 wash. I chose the $13 wash. My car was covered in pollen and bird poop, and now my car looks shiny. Also, the directions were easy to follow.

I've used this place for years and have always thought it was great value. Recently I had an experience which prompted this review. I paid for a wash but the machine never started. I contacted the owner who was super-responsive. He sent me a code for a free wash to compensate me and told me of the steps he was taking to get the machine fixed. It's great to see a small business that wants to take care of its customers

Great value for the price. $9 for the wash + $1 for the vacuuming. I recommend the right side vacuum after the car wash.

Broken. Car wash displays red yellow and green lights all at the same time: that makes it impossible to know when to enter the wash. They charged my credit card $10 and I didn't get my car cleaned. I want a refund. This is not good business.

The system changes me 12 dollars but never activated the car wash. I had to pay once again! Also, the quality of the wash is pretty poor. Look at the picture, my car wasn't that dirty yet the car wash couldn't clean it's back whatsoever.

Automated displays at the wash selection/payment station are defective and almost impossible to read. Credit card readers do not accept my cards from Chase bank. They do accept non-Chase cards. Chase customer service thinks problem may be due to the metal in their cards.

The owner is always creeping via live feed and will shut the lights off if you don't spend enough. It is one of the dirtiest car washes you'll ever see; he would do well to clean once in a while.

I've been using this place for many years, but unfortunately it has really gone downhill recently. Lack of maintenance is a real problem, and written instructions for the DIY wash are sorely needed.

Machines don’t work properly. Doesn’t even start. Simply charged $9 for the rinse. No Air Dryer. No wash. Only water rinse for that money. No customer service available. Not on call not on site. Worst experience ever. Not even worth of money.

The most horrible self car wash I ever used. 1) hard to exchange bills for quarters , do not except bill 2) It says $3 to start, o put 12 quarters there and it didn’t start. 3 I used another room where I can use debit. It worked but started with delay. Soap brush worked so bad.

Very aggressive car wash, shook my whole car and made aggressive squeaking sounds. I definitely would not take my car through this regularly, but it was good for a one-time wash. The tops of the washcloths looked new. The payment machine is in really bad disrepair, with lots of options blacked out and the screen was impossible to read, so I accidentally bought two washes. I was frustrated about that. It let me buy two washes back to back along with how aggressive it was

Update: Dropped to 2 stars. Self service bays lack maintenance and continue to deteriorate. Most of the functions don't work. The only remaining function that works is the water spray. Don't expect to have soap. Update: Dropped rating to 3 stars. Self-service nozzle handle has been leaking and spraying water for a while now, so not only your car is getting a wash, but your arms and upper body as well. The location is convenient and reasonably well lit. The equipment for self wash works for the most part. However, two times I was there, the shampoo solution was out.

The machine on the right hand side is broken, it did not brush either air dry, only sprinkle foam and water on the car. Phone number for reporting the equipment issue was not answered by anyone
