Rip-off! The top brushes didn't work leaving my roof, hood and tail filthy. Side brushes didn't even touch the side windows. Paid for the top wash. Explained the situation to the attendant, but instead of simply resolving the situation (ie refund or rewash to confirm the machine was out of order OR call the owner), he hurled accusations at me saying I was lying! smh Check your cameras, look at my filthy car, check the machine. In the end, he told me to come back 3 hours later when I was returning home to LA (not from the BA). Totally ripped off! Companies and customer service like this should die.

Employee is horrendous. Carwash didn't work the first 3 times I tried and I asked money back and he wouldn't give me. He had to manually reset it even though he was blaming me the whole time. Turned out it was faulty. Update: clean towels were dirty

This was my first time using this car wash service and I was very pleased with the service I received. The guys took care to do a detailed job with my car; they were pleasant as well. It is very good value for the price they charge. I have gone elsewhere and paid twice the amount to get the same job done. I will definitely go back there to get my car washed! Thanks
