★☆☆☆☆ Rip-off! The top brushes didn't work leaving my roof, hood and tail filthy. Side brushes didn't even touch the side windows. Paid for the top wash. Explained the situation to the attendant, but instead of simply resolving the situation (ie refund or rewash to confirm the machine was out of order OR call the owner), he hurled accusations at me saying I was lying! smh Check your cameras, look at my filthy car, check the machine. In the end, he told me to come back 3 hours later when I was returning home to LA (not from the BA). Totally ripped off! Companies and customer service like this should die.
