The Cashier Was Very Disrespectful.She Stared At Me As I Came From The Back With My Item(Beer)Like I Was A Thief An Was Going To Steal Something I Felt So Downgraded An Disrespected I Work Hard For Everything I Have.I Am 24 With A Valid Id An I Did Give Her My Expired Identification At First.She Looked At It An Said "I Cant Sell It To You" With A Attitude Without Even Asking If I Had a Valid Id An Confirming To Me That The One I Had Gave Her Was Expired So After She Said That She Had A Attidude When I Presented My Valid Form Of ID.An Then After The Purchase Was Finished I asked Her For A Plastic Bag After She Put My Beverage In A Paper Bag An Slide It To Me With Aggression An She ReFused To Give Me A Plastic Bag.An Thier Was Wittneses in The Store This Happened 6/30/16 at the shell on causeway i was very disturbed an down graded an steriotyped by one of your cashier an im mentally hurt by her actions because i showed her the upmost respect from the beginning thank you for listening an i hope you dont keep people like this around in your buisness for it may be hurtfull bashfull,and disrespectful for a person who dont even know you to treat you in the manner in witch i was treated.

Credit card payment at pump doesn’t work. Cashier lied and said the payment system works. Cashier refused to help me or take payment. Literally no point in going her as their machines don’t work and employees won’t assist you.

On Saturday, August 12, at 2:35 pm I visited this station to purchase lottery tickets. I asked for one powerball and one megamillion quick pick, but the cashier printed out three tickets, two of which were stuck together. Thinking she'd inadvertently printed an extra (in which case I would've bought it) I inquired about it. She showed me that it was some other printout, then mumbled some insult under her breath which she at least had enough sense not to repeat when I inquired. Nasty disposition. UPDATE: Visited recently and they told me this woman got canned. Much nicer cashier now. Up from one star to four.

The cashier was extremely rude!!! I waited at the counter patiently while she was counting some change from the previous customer. She didn't even look up or greet me for a few minutes. Then her first words to me were "What do you want" Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from the elderly Spanish lady. That is NOT how you talk to customers, especially patient ones like myself. Will never return

Located Just off I 10 exit Causeway North on the corner of Veterans & N Causeway Blvd. Across the street from Lakeside Mall. Very busy 24 hr store with gas and diesel this location has several ways to enter and exit nice store offering cigs, drinks, snacks,Louisiana Lotto, powerball and Scratch Offs. Fresh coffee is always brewing. Keep very clean has two entrances. It offers a bathroom, about a dozen gas pumps plenty of extra parking air & water station, a very nice no touch car wash with a covered vacuum station they also have a large ice building to supply all your bagged ice needs. Employees are friendly and fast.
