Car wash people are rude and don’t clean your car well at all. Barely vacuumed the inside windows were dirty. Won’t go back !

My fiancee ran out of gas on the freeway, she was able to limp to this gas station and was told she pulled into a carwash discount pump. There was no sign at this special pump, they were stuck in the freeway its 107 degrees, she was just trying to put a couple bucks in gas in to get home and was told she had to move and the truck could be pushed. She's 115lbs and 5,3. I'm appalled by the awful customer service she received. Employee was male, blonde, and had a buzz cut.

The wonderful woman who was working at 7:30 April 26th needs a raise or a bonus, after my card declined a twice I was leaving the store when she paid for my gas out of her own pocket. I can't remember her name but I very much appreciate it and hope she gets the praise she is deserved.

THIS LOCATION STOLE MONEY FROM ME. I've waited in hopes customers service would help or my refund would arrive. Went and got gas on 10/5/24. I went inside to get a drink and got $25 prepaid gas. When I went to the pump the prepaid amount wasn't there. I went back inside and the cashier, Junior told me to wait at my pump. When he came out, he looked at the pump, which stated 0 dollars and 0 gallons, then asked me if I used it. I stayed no, everything says zero. He then stated he refunded me my money. He told me to pull to another pump and to come in to pay. I paid outside at the other pump no problem. I went inside to get my receipt showing it was refunded and I asked specifically for the refunded receipt. Junior handed it to me. Walking out, I noticed it was just the receipt showing I prepaid $25. I went back in, and Junior then told me he couldn't print a refunded receipt because I paid with card and training told him he couldnt do that. I've attempted to call the help line to figure this out and got nowhere. Why have a help line when you are just going to keep passing people around to different areas of customer service? I won't be using shell gas stations moving forward. I've never had a problem like this using QT or Circle K, even in sketchy areas.

after seeing the low star rating i was prepared to have just a normal mundane experience. I dont think ive ever been in a gas station with such a friendly person at the register in a very very very long time. Sandie went above and beyond and i truly appreciate her kindness! She made my whole day and i just wanted to do a shout out and say thank you! She deserves a raise 😉 keep her there or make her manager and this gas station will be at 5 stars in no time ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pulled the gas pump off but when I went to point it downwards towards my car, a rush of gasoline came off without me holding down the trigger. Serious fire hazard that the gas just rushed out unprompted; all I did was hold the nozzle at a downward angle. Employees were extremely kind helped me get the gas off my car promptly, but very unsafe. They said I was at #6 so beware of that one
