Mauro did an absolutely fantastic job on my Kia Soul 2016. I had a HORRIBLE smell in the car and I couldn’t find it - turns out I had mold in the car. Thank God he found it and took care of it- I was so grossed out by that and he was so professional and kind. Needless to say my kids aren’t going to be allowed to eat in the car from now on! We will definitely use him again. Can’t say enough good things! *****UPDATE****** Mauro is the guy to see for any of your detailing needs. Mauro treated my car with Vinegar to kill the mold that was growing and after a few weeks the vinegar smell was still strong and prevalent in my car. So much so it was barely drivable. I reached out to Mauro for assistance or ideas on what I could use to get rid of the smell. He took over and told me he’d take care of me - he did. He refused payment and just wanted to make things right. He worked on my car, purchased items to clear the smell and returned the car in a drivable state. The vinegar smell was gone. I can’t thank him enough. He stood by his work and did a phenomenal job fixing the issue. He’s honest, hardworking, stands by his work, and goes above and beyond. The Quality of his work speaks for itself. Thank you for your professionalism- I’ll never go anywhere else.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my car detailed at Mauro's Premium Auto Detailing in Gilbert, Arizona, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It was truly a pleasure to have taken my 07 F-150, that I recently bought, over to Mauro. I had both the interior and exterior detailed and it looks absolutely stunning now! Mauro's work is EXCELLENT! He took on my camping truck which was .... an absolute mess .... and it turned out terrific. Getting my truck detailed was my Christmas present to myself and I couldn't be happier. When I went to pick it up, Mauro walked the entire truck with me and went over every detail (inside and out). It was nice that he spent the time to go over all the little things he saw/found/did that I wouldn't have realized otherwise. Mauro's a class act. I wanted to take a minute and share my experience with Mauro’s Premium Car Detailing. We wanted to get the interior of our SUV detailed due to an unfortunate fumble with a cup of coffee. I reached out to Mauro and he provided me with the information involved with the interior detail and several options to schedule the appointment. Upon dropping the vehicle off and discussing the issues and concerns, Mauro explained his approach for the interior detail. While discussing the vehicle, we discussed doing an exterior wash and wax also. Mauro continued to provide updates throughout the day to his progress, sending pictures of his amazing work. The SUV looked incredible when we came to pick it up! The amount of time, effort, and attention to detail is second to none. The interior looked like new, with no aroma of coffee. Mauro explained that he steam cleaned the interior in the areas of concern, and conditioned all of the leather throughout the SUV. The exterior wash and wax made the vehicle look like it was new again. Mauro also detailed the engine compartment, which was simply spotless. The experience with Mauro’s Premium Car Detailing was great. Mauro is very knowledgeable and offered options that would best resolve the items/issues you want corrected with our vehicle.
