MD safety inspection performed here. When I came to pick it up, the car had been left unattended with windows rolled down and both doors unlocked for who knows how long. Could have been stolen, rained in, had property taken from it... Extremely irresponsible. Do NOT trust this place with your property.

Falls Road Shell has excellent service and fair prices. Even it you have an auto repair shop that you are satisfied with, you might want to get gasoline at this station to support a worthy and all too rare business.

Worst place I ever had in 20 years around this hood. They compelled me to have a feeling of judgemental. I would give ( - minus) rating if google had that provision. They should know humanism besides mechanism. If they don't like to respect they don't have any rights to disrespect, too.

Raf is a rude and arrogant manager owner operator who speaks abusively to his African American staff. One young man was dillegantly picking up trash and Raf comes out screaming at him with no respect in a very threatening way. As a customer I am hugely turned off by abusive communication by Shell staff management. All this time Raf is getting a delivery from Pepsi truck and has made him park on Falls Rd and cart stuff up. The forecourt is large enough to take an 18 wheeler but Raf would rather the Pepsi man block the major intersection and Road. When you point out the abuse and safety neglect he scurries inside to hide.

It was on the right side of the road when heading to 83. They had gas. Works for me. The offerings in the store were merely adequate, but who cares, you're not there for a gourmet meal.

I went in here to get a Coke. 2 customers walked in without masks. I asked attendant why it is tolerated and he said they will just argue. It is illegal to not wear a mask right now. This place should be shut down.

I got here about 10:15...the guy changing the oil tells me it should take 20-25 mins...then they didn't have the right filter in their shop...he's other coworker was already at the auto zone store so he tells me it'll be another 20 mins if you can wait so he'll bring the filter or i can just clean the one you have...i said I'll wait 20mins...then 10 mins later he makes a phone call and tells me it's going to be additional 10bucks...so i said why? You weren't going to charge me anything if you had it in your store...he gives me the phone to talk to Amir who tells me "oh its a very special kind of filter I'm looking at it in my hand and it's $15"...i said okay you'll be here in 10mins right?...guess what? An hour later and he's still not here...forget this place...very dishonest people here. Update to this review: My husband went here to get an oil change a week before I did. He subsequently found his car was leaking oil. It turns out that they did not put his oil filter back in properly. This caused his car to leak oil for weeks before he noticed the leak and fixed it himself. Also, at the time my of my oil change I was told by the technician that I needed to change my brake pads and rotors. I had my husband do the job himself because they quoted me over $400 at the Shell station. My husband changed the brake pads and the rotors were fine. He did the entire job for under $60 Everything taken into account, this is a terrible place to get work done on your car, even a simple oil change. They did a shoddy job on both my and my husband oil change, they lied to me about my filter cap and also my brakes. Consider going to another spot.

Cheapest Motorcycle Inpectíon in the Area... Great customer service, i didnt catch the name who inspected my motorcycle but he is a great person. I just hope they advertise more on being a motorcycle inspection station cause i have called 20 more places around the area and they do inspections but for the motorcycle. I rather choose this place again than going to Pete's Cycle that charges jigh dollar and hard to make an appointment.

The garage told me one price then changed the price when I came back to pick it up this is not how you do business there was no difference in the service but the price changed and he stated that was the original price he told what was not true I even had a witness but lo g story short you just lost a good customer who was going to bring more business this is why people don't come to this kind of garage just greedy I would not recommend my worst enemy here I wish them nothing but hell if they continue to rip people off

My radiator failed, and brought my Kia Spectra to this station for repair. They were nice, and the mechanic did a great job. Fast turnaround too, and the price was very good.

Poor Customer Service..........You've lost a Loyal Customer! The cashier this morning was not very helpful in processing my gas transaction and he was insulting to say the least. There were 3 cc attempts at the pump and 1 cc attempt in the store. I told him I wanted to use my Giant rewards points and he said I could only use them at the pump. I went back out to the pump and followed his instructions to the letter, only for the transaction to fail once again. Later he told me to enter my rewards number in the card machine near the register. Really? The language barrier was freightening because I did not understand when he asked about "Zion" that he was really referring to "Giant" and he got upset, which totally upset me as the customer. But what tipped the scale was when I said if I can use my Giant rewards in-store then I would like $30 of gas as opposed to the initial $10 that I asked for. Well if he had not been on his cell phone and had been paying attention, he would have heard me. After that back and forth exchange, I SMH and said "this is crazy". This guy proceeds to tell me "You're crazy"! WAIT, REALLY? I couldn't believe my ears so I gave him an opportunity to correct himself by asking him "who's crazy"? He responded by saying "YOU!" WOW......... I have frequented this station on the way to work and back for over the past 4 years, I've paid your salary sir, I've put food on your table sir, and this is how you treat your loyal customers? I asked for the manager's name and owner he said he was the manager, which I found out later he is not. Never again...... This is soooo disappointing and I urge every other frequent customer to not return and give them your business. They don't value their customers here! And that's okay because Falls Road Shell Station, you will never get another penny, nickel or dime from me ever again!!! Your days of prosperity among this community are numbered unless you can make some changes within, that would make your patrons feel safe and appreciated. Figure it out! FYI, In the past, I've also used the station garage for auto servicing and I understand that they operate independently of the gas station so I don't hold anything against them at all.

Chris and Nick are excellent--knowledgeable, honest, efficient. They have always given us great, personal service. With older cars, we have turned to them for advice on when to repair vs. when to buy and what to buy. Highly recommend.

First they try to sell 2 year old expired food that they tried to charge more for, even though the price is printed on the package. I called them out on it but have not yet heard from the local corporate office. Now my card is showing up as “invalid” and I need to pay inside. I called my bank immediately and they assured my card was fine and could not explain why their system would kick it. I’m done visiting this location. It’s convenient, but I’d rather go out if my way than spend money here anymore. They can’t be trusted.

Inside the store, the attendant was very rude and did not speak to customers respectfully. He did a lot of hand gestures, treating people as if they were stupid. He did not update his snack on the shelves. Also, he was having a full blown phone conversation while doing my transaction. He cut me off mid-sentence being condescending. He needs a lesson in professional etiquette and manners 101.

Gas prices fluctuate daily here..any can drinks they have 99% of the time are filthy unfortunately.. 2 younger guys are extremely nice and respectful but the older gentleman at times can be a little rude!besides them issues place is decent and would rate 5 stars if they fixed small minor issues.

This place overcharges you, and when you question the cost they act ignorant. I bought two chocolate milks priced $2.99/ea and the guy charged me over $8. Taxes are high, but not that high.

Got locked out of my car while vacuuming it at this location. Phone was locked inside so I asked the service station if I could use their phone to call roadside assistance. They offered to help me get into the car before calling and I took them up on it, trusting they knew what they were doing. After 30 minutes of wedging my driver door open they got me into my car but caused $1600 worth of damage to the door frame in the process. I take the blame for not stopping them when I realized this didn’t seem right, but as professional car service repairmen I’m appalled that they would do something this reckless and careless. Speaks volumes about their expertise and care for customers.

Victor, one of the mechanics at Shell, helped us within 5 minutes of arriving at Shell with a 4WD problem of our new 4runner. We didn't have an appointment but he was kind enough to help us out nonetheless. He identified the problem within seconds and fixed it within minutes. A real professional! And the price was good, too. Thank you!

Having a $175 secret hold when you purchase any amount of gas is complete nonsense. This should be illegal. It's been hours with the pending charge. It doesn't matter if it goes back. I had other things to pay and do and now it's delayed because of this abuse and over reach. It's been a day and my money is still not available. And it won't be available for days at a time. This is abuse and robbery. I did not authorize you guys to do this. I will be writing to my representative in the city government because this is atrocious.
