Terrible car wash. You'll wait 20 mins just to get in and the machine is so old you'll be left with soap suds at the end.

I like washing my car here, but I recommend doing it late at night. It gets packed during the day.

Staff was so rude. He yelled at me telling me I got gas into my car when my "mile range" didn't go up after getting gas.

The owners and managers are completely intolerant to parking there overnight, even with a flat tire! The gas is too expensive and the car wash stinks.

- Very convenient gas station off 680 - Finally updated the transaction interface (previously was very outdated and the transaction screen/card scanner always looked sketchy) - Location has vacuum and carwash - Food mart does the job with snacks and drinks - Location is also on opposite corner from 76 and Chevron so prices are pretty competitive

Don't buy gas here, their road sign is deliberately wrong, when you look at the pump you'll see the gas prices are higher than on the sign. This is especially true with cash, they will charge you the credit price anyways.

Girl at the register said if you want gas pay with card because it was 3:20 in the morning she didn't want to be bothered for anything 🙄 this service is the worst

The gas pump does not give you a receipt so you have to go inside to get one. The lazy attendant does not put paper in the reciept box.

Went in on Friday to pump gas and purchase a car wash . Since it was late I told myself “I’ll stop by tomorrow to go threw the car wash” when I got home I noticed my e-receipt didn’t have the car wash authorization number like it normally does. The next day I went into to gas station to see if they could help me locate the number for the car wash or print the receipt to get the code and they said they couldn’t help me at all to call customer support . I called the fuel rewards number since that’s the number it shows on my receipt and they said I had to call customer support so I call customer support and they said I had to call the fuel rewards number and I explained I had already talked to them and she customer support lady went off saying she couldn’t help me and I asked for a refund and they said she couldn’t help me with that either. To make a claim with my bank . I’ve been going to Shell for years now and this is totally disappointing. I will NEVER pump gas with shell ever again.

do not shop here!!!! tonight I got gas and a carwash here, within 5 minutes of leaving I get an alert from my bank that someone, obviously working there, had tried to charge $85 to my card, but it being an atm card and not a credit card it wouldnt go though without the pin # I will be contacting the owner in the morning

Been coming here for years and my overall experience has been steadily degrading. From customer greatings to facilities amenities. 1) I've never been greeted with a smile... 2} The windshield squeegees are in terrible condition and the water is alway dirty no matter time of day .. 3 Pump recept most of the time is out... And finally the reason I'm not coming back again. 4) After paying $11 for a car wash, the machine is in such terrible condition it does nothing but emits a slow water spout that is so week doesn't even reach the sides of my vehicle, The spenning brushes are Red and Blue color anymore they are Black and Brown, and finally as the saying goes 'The straw that broke the camel's back' was putrid smell of sewage emanating from the dirty water, even with all the windows closed I can barely take a breath! Can't belive no one has complained about it yet.

Below par the worst service if you ever have a problem with the gas or the car wash. The attendees didn't aid the person in front of me until I pressed the assistance button for him. It was 15 minutes. For the inconvenience because of their lack of urgency, the attendee decided to tell me that first it was the machine's fault. But, as soon as I said to credit me or refund me for my money, the story immediately changed to go make that person in front of you pay then. The Indian guy was so rude, unapologetic, and had no customer service care what so ever. DO NOT COME HERE EVEN FOR CHEAP CAR WASH! GO TO THE 76 ACROSS THE STREET! THEY'RE NICER!!!

Terrible service. Machine didn’t print receipt and so they wouldn’t give me car wash I paid for. Paid again to get car wash. Told us to come back the next day when manager could check what happened. Never coming back.

Staff member was so rude and was wearing a mask below his nose while standing so close that I had to step back. What’s the point of wearing a mask if it’s below your nose? When the pump said to go see the cashier, he told me it’s an issue with my cars even though I hadn’t even inserted my card yet. He followed me to it and cancelled the transaction and told me to do it again. I asked when I would be prompted about the car wash since I didn’t see it this far and he responded “it’ll come up”. He then told me the simplest concept that he kept insisting I didn’t understand even though and completely unprovoked got mad and said “I won’t help you” and walked away. Dude-who-wears-mask-below-nose needs anger lessons and possibly communication classes because I understood what he meant but he was insisting I can’t comprehend that “$0.15 is greater than $0.05”.. ok buddy.

I parked and walked up to the door to be buzzed in, noticing that the person before me had just walked out the store. When I come here at night, I am normally buzzed in and out to make my purchase. This time however, (first time ever) I was serviced through the window. I felt that was weird since the other guy had just walked out the store but I shrug it off and pay for my items. Another person (not of color) gets in line behind me at the window. I walk to my car and pull off. The cashier obviously thinks I’m leaving and allows that person into the store. I pull back up and watch as the transaction is finished. I walk in as the man walks out and I then ask the cashier, “Is there a reason I was serviced through the window but the customers before and after me were serviced in store?” The man acted as if he did not speak English at that point although he just spoke perfectly good English to me to complete my order though the window.I normally come here all the time and I receive great service. That was NOT the case tonight. The night cashier is a racist jerk who obviously has problem with people of color. So if you’re black, brown or Latina be selective about coming here and spending your hard earned money.

Do not visit this shell. Not only is it always super busy, over crowded at the pumps, but there are always some weird or unsafe characters around this gas station or very old run down cars parked here. Also, the customer service is terrible! This is the worst she’ll I’ve been to in my life. Stick with the shells that have the Loop stores, I prefer the Berryessa location on Lundy and Berryessa road or the Capitol and Hostettor location which is larger, cleaner, and has friendlier staff. I’ve never felt more unwelcomed in my life at this shell nor received such non-chalant and rigid customer service from staff that said they do not care about the customer or their experience, they only care about not losing money. Apparently they exude some sort of bias and prejudice against people in the east side because they everyone in the area complains and is unsatisfied with their services and so pleasing the customer is not of priority or importance to them. You know, your first mind is always right and I wasn’t going to stop here but thought it’s right by the freeway- so why not? But after the frustrating experience I received from low level untrained staff, I will never return and I hope my neighbors in the area do not return to this place either, go to the new Chevron across the street or to another shell. Also, do not use their car wash! They do not care about the quality of products or the quality of the wash. They do not care if it’s rinsed correctly, if the soap successfully covered and cleaned your car, if your trunk or hood has dirt streaks, or still looks like you were parked near someone with an electric lawn blower. Apparently replacing soap is too costly for them and they do not work with you in any kind of way to make sure their products and experience is up to par even if you chose their best wash which comes with all of these additional add-ons. I’ve never met such unwavering behavior when showing such dissatisfaction. I’ve been in Berryessa 20+ years and you can tell they aren’t local and do not care about the locals or keeping the neighborhood happy and thriving. Such cold and stiff robotic personalities, they should not be anywhere where they have to interact and speak with people, there’s no getting through to anyone in this place! Just skip this place entirely. As someone who has worked with international and ESL students for years, I have a lot of patience, but what I don’t have patience for are staff and a place of business that negates your feelings, dismisses average/poor quality of products or services and then blames the customer or relies on their own opinion and then declines to offer any kind of understanding resolution or empathy. You won’t last long or receive returning customers with this behavior.

The place it's good but the customer service it's really bad. The cashier didn't allow to use restroom even after I made a purchase. Also the attitude was really bad and angry. Please try to avoid this place.

Horrible place. I keep track through an app how much gas I go through and when I fill up and this gas lasted me half the amount of time it normally does and no extra driving was done. The same day I got gas, I went to 2 stores for a total of 26miles and by the time I got home it had said I used 101miles of gas. Day 1 I lost a quarter tank.
