Very convenient gas station on Santa Monica Blvd. The two negatives are that it does not have the lowest price within a mile (BP on San Vicente does) and there is easily a 15 minute wait time for car wash.

I stop here pretty regularly because it is on my route to work, but I always leave frustrated. The terminals to pay at the pump are always slow and often times cancel the transaction, forcing you to just give up and go inside to pay. Once you get inside the person who should be at the register is often stocking soda or taking inventory and not in any rush to come to the assistance of the customer. All around a very frustrating experience.

This car wash doesn’t work super great. The little spiny cleaner things barely touch your car. Car always comes out with with soap on it. With that being said it’s only 10$ so I continue to use it haha.

They just remodeled the car wash. Now it's more expensive, but it is not as good. The rails move your car through. After exiting, my car was still wet, and I'm not talking about a few drops... It was only dried to about 50%, and there was still a lot of soap dripping. This car wash used to be very busy. I don't think that will be the case anymore. Also, it's the only gas station in California that does not give its gas paying customers free air for your tires. They also upgraded the machine a few months back, and now its a super fancy machine that charges $1.50 and breaks down often.

It was fine. The gas station's store is currently under construction. The electronic card reader at the pump was slow and it took several tries to get it to register key presses and card swipes. In the end ... it pumped gas. They have a carwash!

Restroom out of service go to santa monica 76 gas station near centruy city mall they have working ones Dec 22 2024 Closed for inside at 413am Feb 6 tuesday closed 258am Go to the 76 on beverly glen and santa monica richer neighborhood and only worth buying when restroom available and the cashier will give you a code.

How come there aren’t quicker pumps in 2015?? Every time I stop here I wonder if they already improved the pumps, or I will find myself staring at the numbers for long time. They are OK in general, and the person on the cashier is quicker than the pumps. But it is on my route, so I am guessing they will see me again. Hopefully one day I will have better things to say.

I paid $10 for a basic car wash in what seem to a fancy new car wash facility. My car came out dirty and dusty almost the same as I drove in. It wasn’t even that dirty . See the attached picture I took after I run my fingers on the side of my trunk right after it was “washed” . Not sure how is that even possible. A $1 in quarters self service car wash would had done a better job . I feel rubbed

Don't get a car wash at this station unless you want to waste a lot of your time. I waited in line after purchasing a car wash for 15 minutes, and the line didn't move at all. There were 7 or 8 cars still ahead of me, so I went inside and asked for refund. They refused to give me one citing that "wait time" was not a valid reason for a refund. They said I could use the wash anytime within the next 3 months. Thanks for nothing.

The manager charge my debit card $9.18 twice and they gave me back a receipt saying he didn’t charge me. I asked him to call his bank but he refused to this is the second time it’s happened to me I think he just does it so he can take money from me knowing that he’s not going to call the bank because he is a thief. He tried to act all nice but he’s a thief

I witnessed some extreme patience from 3 clerks this morning helping an elderly customer, helping her understand the gas prices and even coming out to help her pump her gas. I'm coming here more often. It was 2 gentlemen and one bun wearing woman.

Terrible car wash experience. The employees intentionally allow cars at the gas pumps to cut the long line from the street. Another customer and I who had been waiting our turns in the line complained to Luis and the female manager, and they smirked and allowed the other cars to simply cut right in. Not even an attempt to rectify the situation, only blatant disdain for paying customers. The other man and I asked the "manager" and Luis for a resolution and they just shrugged and very condescendingly told us we could turn around and leave - after we'd already bought a full tank of gas and waited our turns in line for 25 minutes from the road. There are other better car washes in the area. I won't come back here or give this business any more of my patronage.

Not gonna lie, maneuvering a vehicle through this extremely cramped lot to reach a pump is often an exercise in frustration, since this place is always super busy, especially in the afternoons/evenings. Even entering this gas station is a pain sometimes due to the location of the car wash and its proximity to the 3-4 parking spaces near the doorway. I know they wanted to maximize the space they had by installing as many fuel pumps as possible, but ironically, it made reaching one on the correct side a needless headache. Other than that, I like this gas station. Very friendly employees, decent prices for gas & snacks/drinks, a clean restroom, and fast pumps. Haven’t used the car wash personally, but I’ve heard it’s decent.

This Shell Gas station has been in existence for many years but they have undergone an excellent renovation which is in perfect condition. The facility is always clean, and the staff is a cut above with their professionalism, especially Miguel, one of the oldest and most efficient workers in this place. Also, in the same location, there is a convenience store, with good products, coffee, wines, ice cream, snacks, items for the car, etc., all well organized and clean with a sanitizer station. And the car wash drive-thru is solid.

Try it, its worth it. With rising costs in L.A to have ur car washed , barely vacuumed and dried , u wil be saving money and time at this station. I vacuum my car with less than $2 ahead of car wash spaces available to clean interior if u so desire. No hastle, no wait no over spending. The staff is wonderful! My thanks to SELENE and JIMMY! who went above and beyond customer service to find my loosened roof antenna of my jeep. They kept in touch with me over the fone , found it after entering back forth the drive through, as cars were being washed wasn't easy task , but they did it nonetheless. Extremely professional! GREAT attitude!! Polite ! respectful! all done with a smile. Wana thank Johny as well ! thanks to Luis too.
