Walked in Shell Gas Station 6449 Greenville Dallas Tx 75206 filled with cigarette smoke choke me took my breath away cashier playing very loud expletive lyrics I ask if this is a corporate store he claimed he didn't know the store is nasty as hell need a bleaching down everything need to be thrown away on the shelves in the refrigerator

I had to fill my tires with air and the guy at the counter gave me such hell about it. Droning on and on how he wasn’t getting any money from it. He even started yelling at me about it like it was my fault.

Tried two different 93 octane pumps, they were both incredibly slow. Gave up and left. Do not recommend going to this gas station.

Good afternoon I’m sorry but today I went to the store t I buy pickle, Maruchan and Fritos OK and when I open my Picos I see the expiration date is in June 6 at 2021 today it is August 17 2021 and you guys still have it in the store that is not acceptable.

Do not get a car wash here. Their terminal, despite saying Pay Here on the side, allows no way to actually pay for the wash. There was no indication of this and I was stuck between cars for 20 minutes unable to leave the line. Will not return.

Staff was nice. Down to earth, but this $8 car wash sucked it! Still had to use windshield wiper cleaner on both front and back windows, and wheels left totally dirty...but i sure had fun!

Young guy working here is very disrespectful. Trash talking customers to other customers as they leave. Just went there to buy a Mega Ball ticket and he brushes me off cause I didn't know how to play saying He's a Man?? Total jerk, second time going back, never again. Get better customer service at QT up the street.

How can you consistently blow a prime location? Have a consistently poor car wash. I paid $12 to have my car knocked around and soap left on it. The pictures are from after I had to use the wipers to drive across the street, because the wash didn't completely dry the car, otherwise my windshield was completely covered in soap and water. Since there's no undercarriage wash, the bottom of the car is rimmed with road grime and my front wheels were barely touched. Avoid until that relic is replaced with something more effective.

1.5 gallons of gasoline dispensed into a 1 gal portable container (with room to spare). I asked the attendant for the number to call. He told me to find it on the pump as it was not his problem. I checked the pump and couldn't find a number. I went back in to ask where to look and got an angry response. Oddly enough, I can't figure out why the attendant cares that I want to report a pump that is measuring wrong... Fair enough. I made a weights and measures report to the state.

Closing before your posted time. Seems like they are one of the stores that always want to close before their posted time! But at least it looked like they had a cute cashier!!! Why don't y'all just say y'all close at 11:45? I have no problem with that, but you say 12, so I drive there just to find out you're closed. When really the cashier just wants to leave early.

Shell is good gas, but the prices seemed a little bit high. I normally get my gas in Austin so this may just be the price in this area of Dallas. There’s a convenience store next to it, which is serviceable but not great.
