Stuck in traffic? Yep, me too. This Shell usually has good prices on gas, and it's usually pretty clean. It's a good place for a pit stop.

Good place for low-priced gas. The ratchets on the shut-off fuel nozzles are removed meaning that you have to stand next to the tank and in the midst of gas vapors.

The owner is always super nice as well as his cousin who works with him. I go their often to purchase gas and other items. I would highly recommend this Shell store.

Cashier accused me of stealing. I grabbed a bag of beef jerky and she told me she was watching me and to put it on the counter immediately.

Not covid safe, I went in for a quick purchase but the two Miller delivery guys were blocking the register with beer carts they were sitting on while they talked to the cashier. They were not wearing masks and looked to be just hanging out. 200k dead in the us and noone here seems care who they expose. I put my beer and groceries back and left. I won't be returning here.

Please don’t go here unless you want to be stereotyped as a thief or robber. The lady at the counter watched me the whole time I was in the store and when I attempted to make a purchase it scanned as one thing and she voided it out and manually raised the price and got an attitude with me when I asked about it. I chose not to spend my money in an establishment that showed that they could care less about a paying customer. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in Pelham I wouldn’t recommend that anyone waste their time or money here.

Do NOT buy a car wash! I stopped by today and bought a tank of gas and a car wash. It was my first - and last - time to buy a car wash at this station. I pulled around behind the gas station to get my car wash and it was closed. I pulled back around to the front, donned my mask, went inside and told the lady at the counter that I’d purchased a car wash but that it was closed. She assured me the man running it had just gone to the restroom and that it was open now. I got back into my car, pulled back around to the car was, which was now open, entered my code, and proceeded forward. I pulled into the car wash machine and it wasn’t running. I sat waiting several minutes, all the while looking for the man that was supposed to be running the car wash, before reversing back out of the area and again pulled back around to the shop. I told the lady it wasn’t running, there was no man over there to be found, and that I’d like a refund. She refused and said I would have to talk to the man at the car wash. She said it was separate from the gas station. I replied, again, that there was no one over there that I could find. And, it may be separate, but it’s definitely connected with the gas station in that I paid for the car wash at the gas pump and not separately. She again refused the refund, and I left - having wasted time and money and also having been treated quite rudely. Shell customer service opens at 7am tomorrow, and I will be calling.

This is a very clean gas station and the staff is always friendly. You can never go wrong with the quality of shell gasoline and it's probably the best for our engines. You pay for what you get. The car wash in the back is very professional and they have a great selection of wine, vapes, and delta 8 products.

Gas pumps on at 608am today april 14. Doors locked. Lights off. Online says 24 hours but window says open at 6am

Really frustrating when the pumps don't take your card. Last two times I've been there I tried pump 4 and it would hold my card in but not process my payment. The pin pad did not work either. This last time pump 6 held my card and would not process my payment. Very frustrating. The attendant did not care. The older gentleman who is normally there is very friendly and nice.

The areas around the pumps are so dirty and the barricades are too close to where you open the door. It’s a gas station. The Exxon next door is much nicer and the shell down the road.
