Best car wash I've ever been to, hands down. Clean, modern technology, and incredibly friendly staff. They offer monthly subscriptions that are a no-brainer value for the price; I had to get it for all my cars. All their equipment is always working properly, unlike other car washes. They have two types of vacuum heads, including ones for hard-to-reach areas. They also have a self-pressure washer as well as an automatic mat washer that cleans both rubber and fabric mats. Each parking spot also has an air compressor to use, and on top of all that, there's a windshield wiper fluid hose that you can fill yours with. All of these are free with a wash! Don't forget to grab your free air freshener once your car is shiny!

Truly impressed with this amazing new car wash on Valleydale Rd @ Caldwell Mill area. The employees are so kind and professional. It does an excellent job on your vehicle! I especially loved how dry my car was when I came out so I didn’t have to hand dry it myself. You don’t normally get that result at other washes. The vacuums are strong & they actually had windshield washer fluid & air at each station. This top notch place is exactly what the area needed & I love that they offer monthly memberships so I may wash my car as much as I like all month long. The membership has already paid for itself with just two washes so it’s definitely the way to go. I highly recommend The Car Wash Guy’s! My car has never looked better since I began using them. Absolutely the best there is. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding car wash. My F250 looked great straight out of the wash. Paper towels supplied for the wipe down. Along with glass cleaner and vacuums that REALLY SUCK! In a good way. Air hose supplied at the detailing station. Employees were outstanding. Wash and detailing stations were very clean. Highly recommend and I will be back, regularly.

Went today. Beautiful day for a wash and the Chevy was in bad shape but not anymore. Wilder was super cool with the assist. Nice clean facility, wash was great! Loved the vac and the logo air freshener was a nice add. Will definitely be back as long as they keep being awesome!

If you go, don’t bother after 6:30. I use my car to work and it has to be pristine when I leave for work. The aphids have been very destructive this year. I have to wash it every other day. Sometimes I get off early. Sometimes I get off late. Every time I go after 6:30 they never scrub the back or secure the back wiper blade and it snapped mine in half and cracked the blade cover. It stayed attached and I had to work with it to snap it where I could actually get the blade off on 9/26/2025 at 7:28pm. I have a brand new 2025 vehicle. There was nobody waiting to get their car washed, cones were up on half the lot which is expected, and 2 people vacuuming their cars. They weren’t even where they were supposed to be and the guy was chewing food. So hardly busy like the last time I went and some guy in a Lexus was parked in the entrance of the wash where they were playing. I called and brought it to their attention, but that doesn’t pay for the part of my car that was broken. It’s just another thing I have to worry about dealing with that I just don’t have time for. I’ll be going before noon from now on if I decide to keep my wash plan. Maybe have a night manager. Idk

Car wash broke the mirror off of my car and gave my truck deep scratches. They refused to fix it. They said that they are not responsible for side mirrors. After posting about my experience on Facebook, FIVE people saw my post and showed me that this business fixed their mirrors. I also have a recording of the manager telling me that they “would have fixed it if I would have acted like an adult….” Oh, at the same time of my incident, a man approached me and told me that his BUMPER was broken in his car at this business. I’ve had a membership here since they opened. Shame on this business for refusing to do the right thing. These are the kind of incidents that accumulate and have a negative impact on the longevity of local businesses.

I used a coupon for a free, introductory wash. As a first timer at "The Carwash Guys". I found the layout confusing, but the staff got me straightened out. The machine was fine. The vacuums were in good condition, clean and worked well. Plenty of glass cleaner was supplied. The vacuuming stations were short on towels at my visit, or maybe I just didn't know where to get them. Regardless, it was primarily the lack of towels that led me to drop the rating from five to four stars. Generally positive experience, I expect I'll use them again.
