This used to be my highest rated Sheetz location in the area, but recently the order accuracy has significantly dropped. Approximately half of my orders in the past month at this location have been wrong, missing items, missing sauces, containing the wrong sauces, and missing utensils. The staff is kind and courteous and helpful, the orders are always punctual, but the order accuracy needs work. This location is still certainly one of the best and worth a stop if you're in the area, but absolutely be certain to check your bag before you take off.

Understaffed and needs a lot more help than they have. The staff who are there are doing their best to give good service, but they really need a lot more staff for the services they're trying to offer. Good store, good quality items and menu but waiting an hour for"quick serve" food is why my review is what it is currently. When they are fully staffed and running how they should be, this place is at least 4 stars. I'll revisit my review again. Definitely worth going. Just be aware they may take more time than you would like right now.

We love Sheetz!! Their made to order foods are really good, haven't got anything that didn't taste good & my favorite is their peanut butter filled donuts! 🍩 The store is usually very clean inside & out, staff are all friendly & helpful. My only complaint would be lately every time we have stopped the ice cream machine has been down for cleaning. They have awesome soft serve ice cream 🍦, you can't beat it for .99!

Long wait times, employees openly made negative comments about customers waiting for food. I was extremely disappointed in the professionalism displayed here. The floor was sticky in front of pick up counters along with food found on floor. The food was in smaller portions than any other sheetz I have ever been too

Gas prices were NOT Bad. The best part about going to SHEETZ is ordering a bite. The ordering system rocks! You get what you want. The way YOU want it! PS: Try the pineapple ice cream/ Custard. Holy Cow absolutely refreshing. Happy motoring!

Worst sheetz ever. Dude I waited forever for my order. Than my order was missing a whole sub and something else, I forget. This was like 3 weeks ago give or take. I ordered alot of chili dogs. My boys and I ate them and their Mom, ruined our gut. Chocolate toilet shakes for 4 days. It was not the chili because she had a normal one with ketchup and mustard. When we told them about the missing stuff it took an additional 15 minutes because they made us wait for other orders to get done first like we hadn't just sat there for over a half hour( I know because the misses came in twice to yell at me for it lol) for what we got. They ain't right both in practice and im guessing hygienic. Never going back to this location ever again in my entire life, forget it!!!

Ordered 2 buckets of seasoned curly fries to be shared with the family. It wasn't until after I got home and opened the bag that I saw they ripped me off by filling them only 1/2 full. They gave me a cup's worth in each bucket to be shared among everyone. I tried calling multiple times but the line is always busy. Ripoff!

Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap. It was much smaller than normal portion size, and they put old, brown lettuce in it. Some of it was slimy and it really grossed me out. Really disappointed, because I usually like their stuff. :(

Got two Fire House dogs been holding off forever on getting these, was super excitied for then and they were smashed together and slop all over the place threw them away. bucket of tater tots were mushy ate a few and threw them away. don't go here there horrible.

Clean, well staffed and well stocked! The prices are really reasonable and they have a little something for everyone. Love the coffee selection with the added "Caffine Boost" found in the creamer dispenser. Gives all our drinks a little UMPH! Slushies and Ice Cream with delicious toppings at no extra cost!

Wheelchair accessible with accessible parking , open WiFi , mantrap style manual double doors ( a little on the heavy side other customers happily helped me get in and out ) very clean and sanitary , no obvious pandemic precautions . POS area also has self checkouts fully stocked for gas/ groceries /food / munchies or even just a break . I carry a 64 Oz insulated thermos so I stopped and refilled Ice tea going to park and going home it was $.99 cent refill each time . I have eaten some sandwiches and stuff from here never had a complaint on size value or freshness . I like sheets a lot . And there ice tea fountain setup is unique it’s either counter push button or top mounted lever action of course I have picture they have sweet /unsweetened / southern extra sweet and peach available in the coffee aisle they also have a sugar & Splenda dispenser you can press a button a button for 1,2,3 lumps , it’s awesome to not have to rip open a ton of individual packets ( saving trees where possible that’s why I have my thermos and reusable straw so I don’t deplete resources with single use disposable paper or plastic . I grew up on a nature preserve in upstate NY so I am pretty close to being a tree hugger myself , always trying to help the environment and keep what we have . If for a no other reason than curiosity the ice tea and sweetener dispenser are must sees .

This Sheetz is very clean and well maintain. Staffs are nice. They have good variety of options for drinks and snacks for the road. I placed an order for a breakfast sandwich from the kiosk and it came out quick

This particular incident 11/10/25 I had ordered a flatbread pizza with 2 sides of ranch (59¢ each ) and app sampler with marinara (59¢) through online app. Upon coming home at 5 am I had no ranch or marinara and had to pay $4 for a bottle of ranch at a different gas station mind you I had placed the order not even a half hour before picking up… also ordered a 8pc nugget and only received 6… and literally butchered the pepperoni pizza……..unacceptable and will make me ( multi sheetz member) think twice before ordering here again… please fix these issues asap!
