Friendly staff in a newly renovated, well stocked store. Gas selection, in addition to the normal 87, 89 and 93 octanes now includes an 88 and E85 option. 4/5 stars as I purchased a car wash which is virtually ineffective: buggy glitch residue on windshield was still there and running a finger over the rear glass was covered in dirt. The post-wash drying left the windshield soaked.

Accused of stealing when I obviously bought it. One cashier rung me out no receipt, then walked away after giving change back, another walks in from the back saw me putting money in my wallet and I said I already paid for these I'm just putting the change I got back in my wallet. Did you buy that and pointing to the only item that's on the counter that I already said I paid for. I left the item because I didn't want to deal with it at 1am.

I ONLY give this Location 3 stars because though the staff is Very friendly and courteous, but with the large sum of money I spend there EVERY DAY/WEEK I'm HIGHLY Dissapointed they STOPPED selling 2 Liters of A&W rootbeer and NEVER Have enough 20 oz in stock either.. i Have Bought Them OUT Literally every week. And STILL don't order more 20 oz since they Stopped carrying the 2 liters.. they sold well.. i know because I always bought them out of the 2 liters as a well!! I Dont Prefer to go somewhere else like speedway but I have no choice 😒 .

Very disappointed!! I always give a place a few chances before writing a review. When ordering make sure all your food is there. They like to leave out food, at first I thought well it was busy but tonight it was not busy and they still forgot to give me one of my food items. On a good note everyone there is very nice!

They believe a Black coffee is equal to a Carbonated drink when you order (because it’s equal size and name) And when I called they said well you would have to bring in the original item for exchange. Very upset that I have a delivery fee and all just to have something I don’t want

I ordered 35$ worth of food, of that I got a half a steak sub for myself. Everyone else’s food was fine. The bun on my sub was so hard it was like a crouton. I ordered the sub as untoasted because I like soft bread. They did not toast it as requested but the bread was very very stale and hard. It was inedible. I attempted to call before going back to the store to shorten my wait time. I called 4 times and let it ring until I got a busy signal. No one answered. Going back to the store to attempt to get a new sub.

I travel quite a bit and have been to several Sheetz locations. I have ordered the same breakfast sandwich a few times and it's always awful. This time at the Hermitage location was no different. At this point, I'm convinced that Sheetz has no idea a croissant is supposed to be flaky and toasted, not hard as a rock. The bacon should not be burnt to a crisp. Also, cheese should be melted on a breakfast sandwich. Who wants cold cheese on a hot sandwich. Lesson learned, get my breakfast sandwich elsewhere.

I’m usually not one to write reviews, but today felt very necessary. Last week there was a mess up on my order I called, they wrote my name down to get a free Mac and cheese bite. I completely forgot about it today when I placed my order, but the kind worker Kaden did not! He came out behind the counter made sure I was who i was, and went out of his way to give me my $5 from last week. He corrected a wrong I completely forgot about. Lexi is also very sweet & is always very welcoming every time I come into the establishment. Because of these two dedication and love for their job I’ll be a regular customer.

It's convenient location. I stop a lot. In my opinion they have the best spicy chicken sandwich around as far as fast food. I order spicy chicken sandwich with Bacon Provolone cheese lettuce tomato mayo... You can also use an everything bagel for the bread which is much better then I ever expected. It's a 7$ burger but well worth it. They cook the chicken to order unlike any other fast food around so it's always fresh. I'm a fan of Sheetz. The only downfall is the candies and drinks are expensive for no reason at all. Who pays 3.50 for a snickers? 3$ for 20oz soft drink in this area? MTO is great.

Stoped there for quick convenient meal and got everything wrong! My sub was supposed to be grilled with LIGHT dressing. Nop. My husband's sandwich was LOADED with onions, missing tons of ingredients. Big zero stars. Plus when I told your young clerk about it, he was almost laughing in my face. Will never go back. Ever.

Every time I order a sub from here they don't make it the way I want it made they make it the way they want. I do appreciate the fact that when I took my food back they made it correctly but it shouldn't take me going back to get my food made correctly
