It cleans your car very nicely, the only drawback is the drying system, it used to be inside the bay and your car was dry when you left, the new system is outside the bay and it doesn't do near as good of a job drying it

The wash is bad I live on a farm and our trucks get muddy i went there once and i now refuse to go here again i also had a coffee cup that was empty from the morning i went to throw it away and the owner approached my truck and blocked my door saying,"THIS IS NOT A DUMP YOU PUNK!" And he was giving me back talk when I stood up for myself and my sister and mother had the same issue i had now thats why i dont go again plus the wash is terrible

Paid $10 for the deluxe wash and that doesn't get your car dried even when it's 11° out ridiculous never go there again

Jerry recently upgraded both of the car wash bays' equipment. The new equipment does an equally excellent job of washing your car or truck in less time. You may still experience long lines but the new equipment handles wash, rinse wax and dry in a more efficient way. Same prices as before the upgrade!

The owner is one of the most incompetent people I’ve ever met! None of my cards were getting processed correctly, the machine would say “Card not processed, please try again” and it did that with my credit card and 3 of my debit cards. I called the owner and he said that his machine was working perfectly and it was because I didn’t have sufficient funds to cover the car wash.... I have $9,751 sitting in my business account, $976 in my debit card and $412 in my other card and over $5,000 in available credit through my credit card but somehow it was insufficient funds and no way possible it was his machine. He literally argued with me over this and I ended up hanging up on him! Never have I met someone who had less customer service skills in my life. If I ran a car wash and someone had a payment processing error, I would run down their and make sure my machine was working 100% so I don’t lose money but not Cal, no he does not care about losing money! He is content with believing everything is just fine in his little car wash world. I will never step foot at this car wash ever again. I’m the last person in Mercer County to have insufficient funds. 0 stars.

I went at 7:17am on 3/22/22 it never gave me back my change for the money I put in for the Ultimate Car Wash. Then it was finished less then 2 minutes including drying my car. There’s no way I received the Ultimate Car wash. I tried calling all day and no one would answer. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Top notch touch free car wash. Excellent water pressure. As good as you can get without touching the vehicle. After the Modwash in Hermitage scratched the entire length of both sides of my vehicle and refused to help with repair, it's touch free for good!

It’s pretty good. Overall the wash works well but it doesn’t seem to get the brake dust off my rims. It puts on a good show with the lights. I would love to see some sort of monthly subscription that offers unlimited washes!
