Over a 30 minute wait for a drink that was already half made and still didn’t get it. Ended up having to get a refund entirely. The employee decided to get up and leave her coworkers mid rush late at night, all I had was a drink order she started making it and just stopped once it was done being blended. I stood there for over 30 minutes how does that make sense for a drink that should be made within 10. It’s honestly a shame and this same sheetz I’ve had issues with other employees of theirs with attitudes for no reason.

Thank you for being open on Christmas Day! Everyone did a great job. It was very busy and the employees were wonderful and kept working through it. As mentioned in another review...the only place open...Thank you for being open and working today! Also to that reviewer...the entire service industry is working with a limited staff. Everyone there did great! I ordered online and waited a little longer than usual, but I figured it would be busy when I placed my order. I waited my turn and got my order. Pretty easy. No complaints. I appreciate you all that worked today and everyday.

I enjoy a specific flavor of wine cooler drink they sell but are often out of or certain sheetz dont sell alcohol so i called ahead before making the 20 min trip. An older sounding female answered the phone and when I asked if their location sells alcohol, she said "uh yeah." I then asked if they were in stock of the specific brand i was looking for. She replied, "ugh I dont know and we are really busy, we had two people call off, i dont have time to look." I was shocked by this reply and just hung up. I drove to the facility. They did have what i was asking for which is on a display right in front of the registers. I saw the manager and she looked liked the voice i heard but she quickly disappeared to the back after seeing me. I asked the young cashier what her name is because i want to make a complaint. He said, I dont know i just started and laughed. I actually wouldn't even be writing this complaint if it wasnt for the fact that when i got there 20 min after the phone convo about her being to busy to provide customer service, that the place was completely dead. No one was even waiting for food . That is what just boiled me over. Do better.

Along with frequent stocking issues they consistently get my order wrong. The service is usually really good but when the end result is frequently being upset and getting wrong food it won't make up for it I can not understate how wrong and how frequently they get orders wrong, its to the point it seems intentional. Wrong sauces, missing sauces, entirely wrong sandwiches and the manager does not seem to care at all. If I get delivery she blames Doordash even though them getting the product wrong is CLEARLY their fault. And if I go in they reluctantly remake food even though without feeling the need to make up for any of my time or money they've wasted

I'm a 53 year old disabled man, stopped in to use the bathroom in an emergency,.. Throw up on the one toilet, paper and dirt everywhere, And I had to get up, and go into the other toilet for toilet paper, which was empty. These stores have absolutely no courtesy, or respect for their customers

Paid 9 dollars for a salad that they didn't put 3 things in that I specifically added on the MTO screen, and the bowl itself was less than half full. Seriously feel like they robbed me on this order!!!

All I ordered was a “Oreo Milkshake”. They put ice cubes in it. That’s not how you make a milkshake. Their were no “Oreo Chunks” like their were supposed to be. It was more like a “water” milk shake. No I didn’t go back to. Get a new one the time is too late. Just wish someone could make a simple “milkshake”. Ugh! Won’t be ordering another one from this Sheetz. It says Oreo shake not “ice, water” shake.

Thought I would stop here for a cup of coffee and a hash brown. There were four kiosk and only one works. I left and went to the Sheetz on Market street where I was heading to but thought I would give this Sheetz another chance. My husband worked at the Army recruiter office across the street and they would have to drive to the market Street Sheetz because the fountain drinks didn’t work or the kiosk were not working.

I ordered a Tutkey sandwich on the app and paid ahead for ease of pick up. I ordered the bread to be toasted. It's not toasted at all. I asked for mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. There is very little lettuce and mustard. I won't be back to this Sheetz. It's sad because it's close to my work.

I have visited this Sheetz for years. They have just dramatically decreased the amount of meat they put in their subs, I have had them here and have always been satisfied with the results. I recommend skipping this place for food and visit all of the many great options close by!! I spoke with the manager and she said they are prepared by corporate. Where's the meat? I visited Jimmy John's the next day and they put in plenty of meat on my sub. Skip Sheetz for their MTO's!

The managers and the representative helped me out a lot with the questions I had regarding the fuel I had put into my car. The manager even came out to the parking lot and answered my questions I had regarding the different grades of fuel and how it all worked. I can truly say this Sheetz really cares about it's customers and making sure they are making the best purchase possible and answering any questions someone has. 🙂

I got a 50 dollar change receipt instead of my food. I got neither. Let’s get adults here not children who don’t understand what’s going on. I have money taken out of my account due to your poor higherinv process. I see sheetz desperation in competing with rofo but this shows how pathetic they are. I ordered and pulled this ticket out your machine. It was for a 50 dollar credit not my order. I got neither. Showed the employee. They had no clue and I didn’t have the time to discuss. Sheetz are you good? Cause you seem pathetic as of right now

I frequently visited this Sheetz location, although I do so less often now that I have Sam's Club and BJ's memberships. The restroom cleanliness is inconsistent; sometimes, they are clean, and sometimes, they are not. However, it does offer a free air pump and a comfortable indoor area ideal for laptop work.

Yesterday December 3rd I had order 012 and another person (Father/daughter) add the order behind me which was 016. I complete my order, pay, and was waiting patiently when the father and daughter immediately press themselves up against the counter. My drink was made and instead of calling out the number to the order the two women behind the counter assumed that it was the father/daughter's drink. Before I could say anything the father and daughter didn't protest they just took the drink and walked out of the store. I had to let the two women behind the counter know and they seemed nonchalant about it like they didn't care. Then I had to wait even more because more people went into the kiosk, waited a lot longer than I had to just irritated about it.
