Love Sheetz! Sheetz offers so much more than just gas! From delicious, freshly prepared, food to all of your favorite cold and hot beverages and snacks... Including a great inventory of cold adult beverages! Sheetz provides a comfortable indoor dining area, including outside seating. Employees are always welcoming and helpful... Shout out to Katie & Becky, Sheetz employees who go above and beyond to assist customers!

This is the second time we tried to get a delivery from this sheetz and, again, we didn’t get our milkshakes. I love the food and usually we don’t typically have problems but after this being the second time now it’s just kinda something else…the doordasher explained she even tried asking them about it but they basically just turned her away. Idk but you’re better off making sure you’re physically in store if you want everything.

I was at the Sheetz in Amherst, Ohio. The lady that made my Order #162.🤍❤️🤍 She made my food so fast and my three hot chocolates. She was friendly and got it out fast. You could tell she was busy. The cashier on the other hand was unprofessional just standing there on her lil phone. Like you’re at work at least do it in the back or help your fellow co worker 🤣 The girl with the blonde hair with glasses. Y’all need to talk to her.

Literally the best Sheetz I've ever been to. Every shift has great employees. Kayla, Alyssa, Dustin and the rest of third shift are great. They know how to make you feel welcome. They always have a smile on their faces even at 3am. Hot food, cold drinks, and great service. That's why I don't go anywhere else.

Came here for the first time for late night food, on Christmas Eve of all nights, and placed a mobile order. The crew was absolutely flying & made everything perfectly, and they all had great attitudes despite being slammed with orders. I rarely take the time to leave reviews like this but Sheetz needs to provide the entire crew with a Christmas bonus!

Hey Sheetz, why for the last 3 weeks there has been no 88 gas? The last 3 Thursdays I have gone to get gas for my 2024 vehicle and there is no 88 gas Switches to a few Mondays-same.....You are advertising for a product you dont provided. ***Sept 21, 2024, 10:35am again NO 88 GAS! I went in to see why there is no 88 gas at 3 different pumps and kitchen manager had no idea why. I called the 800 number the guy calls the store and they say no problem w pumps. No real answer or resolve. Sheetz has lost a customer. If anyone else has had this issue call Ohio Attorney Generals Office.

I can tell you “Why the Sheetz not”. Today I ordered a large latte. What I received looked like a small in a large cup. I suppose that’s what I get for ordering a latte at a glorified gas station.

Not going here again. Every time I have gone in the evening , my order is wrong. Were talking a two item order...wrong. cheese sub with light sauce, drowned in sauce. It took 4 napkins to clean it off to make it edible. Tacos were wrong last time. Food labeled wrong. Just incompetent and no care given

Went to this Sheetz in Amherst to get gas today and the pump said please pay inside. I went inside to pay the cashier $40 with a credit card, came out and the pump only gave me about a dollar worth of gas. The pump kept stopping every few seconds. I spoke to the cashier and the manager and they said there’s nothing they can do and that I have to wait to get my money put back onto my credit card. I don’t think I will be returning to this Sheetz again. I will say though the staff did try to help me but I still have to wait until the transaction clears my bank to get my money back.

this gas station charges consumers more money than the prices displayed on the shelves. a water bottle was marked at $1.49, i was charged $1.69. the manager tells everyone everyday that "they must have just changed the price" despicable business practice, you can only imagine how much money sheetz is making across hundreds of locations doing this. the only reason i give 2 stars is because they have the cheapest flex fuel, other than that i wouldnt buy anything from them ever again.

I was picking up a door dash order for a customer and the employee ignored me. When I asked for the customer’s order, he tossed the bag on the table in front of me and walked away. He was incredibly rude for no reason at all.

There should be a "good morning" limit on the cashiers before a certain time in the morning. Yes. Good Morning for the third time. I have verbally acknowledged you every time and at this point it's making me anxious.

Would rate 0 if possible. I normally NEVER have issues with this sheetz but tonight was an absolute nightmare. How in the world does it take 40 minutes to make a mediocre milkshake that has more ice in it than actual flavor? If I wanted to taste water I would have ordered water. Absolutely upset and do not plan on returning. Don’t waste your time here.

Check your food orders, and drinks orders. Who blends boba in a drink? The nachos are simply chips with some cheese drizzle .. nothing supreme about it. Tried to order out of the normal Mexican comfort zone, major fail. Customer service was receptive though.

I think the manager is very rude… Older heavy set lady works mornings, drives Honda civic, she is always following me & hitting assistance on self checkout, I always would go in and say hey how are you and she was just kind of cringe at me. She has the worst customer service, definitely seems she hates her life.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I hope this sheetz goes out of business because the managers are terrible. I placed an order for the simplest item on the menu: man and cheese bites. Order was placed at 12:20AM. 12:50 AM rolls around and still no food. I asked the guy how much longer and he said “I’ll be right back.” He got cash out of the register and gave me $5 back. I still waited and no food. 1:10 AM rolls around and still no food. My husband came in because at this point it was 50 minutes with no food. The guy said he refunded the order and I was not getting the food because I got a refund. The other manager asked what the problem was and I said I didn’t get my food yet. He said if you want the Mac and cheese bites you will need to rebuy them and move to the bottom of the list. Are you kidding me???? I did not ask for a refund and never received my food. Corporate will be called tomorrow on these clowns. Thank you for wasting an hour of my time and now every restaurant is closed because it’s passed midnight. I would NOT recommend this place to absolutely anyone.

I went to the counter and requested to the woman working there that I wished to deposit money into my Cashapp account (my primary bank is not near my house and I wanted to deposit my bartending tips from the night before). I pulled up the barcode and handed her $500 (the max deposit allowed). She handed me my receipt which showed that not only had the transaction declined, but it also was not a normal Cashapp receipt. Instead, it showed a declined gift card receipt, complete with the last four digits of the gift card number. So I asked if I could have my money back since the transaction declined. She said no, I would have to wait for the manager. She then radioed her manager, saying that there was an issue with a Cashapp transaction. Apparently the fact that she had already taken my $500 and put it in the register was not important enough information to include. I waited for the manager to come rectify the issue as my money sat in limbo, but after about 15 minutes had passed and I was still being ignored by the lady behind the counter who simply could not care less about my money, I then asked her if she could please radio her manager again to let her know that I had already handed over my $500. She said no, she will not radio the manager again and tell her that, because "the kitchen is busy." The kitchen was not busy, there was literally one person in line waiting for their food. I waited another few minutes and then simply went up to the kitchen myself and politely explained that I gave the woman at the main counter $500 for a Cashapp transaction that declined and that she will not give me my money back and I'm unsure what to do because no manager is showing up. The woman in the kitchen looked a bit shocked by this info and said they'd send someone over right away. Within about one minute, a gentleman came over from the kitchen to the regular counter to help me. I showed him my receipt, and he then completed the transaction. It went through with no issue. I cannot understand why the original woman was so apathetic about my $500 and treated it with no urgency whatsoever. I am hoping that she will get better training on how to deal with financial transaction services because I have never before had something like that happen when depositing cash into a financial service. I am giving 2 stars only because the issue was finally solved, and the individuals in the kitchen where actually helpful and did in fact come over and solve the issue.
