Update March 7, 2022. 9 months later, still no improvements. This week the spinning drying wiper located at the air drive is totally missing on the driver's side. Three hoses were missing from the vacuums and the vacuums themselves have covers missing and are in general bad repair (they have not worked correctly in over a year plus). 2 weeks ago the top set of air dryers weren't working. I had to pull next door to dry my car. Update. June 11, 2021. Another month has gone past. They still don't work. Drive another mile down SR2 and go to the car wash behind the Shell station. They all work incredibly well. I have used this place since it opened. I pay a monthly fee. The vacuums never all work. The other day two did, but one of those only had one hose working. All you see in these reviews is that they are working on them. It's been months. No excuse.

Husband went to get a single car wash there and he only had cash on him and they said they don't take cash. That's wild! So many other car washes in the area take cash. Won't be going back.

The car wash is great for the location. It’s a little too pricey when you consider how much it can rain or how fast your car can get dirty in the area. The vacuums seemed a little weak and the wash didn’t clean the best, there were still dirt and bugs stuck to the front of my car. Free vacuums are great and convenient. They could lower their prices by a few dollars though. It’s not worth what you get.

EDIT: Wally, how long are you going to lie to your customers about replacing the vacuum system? six months? A year? We all know you make enough money there to do it so quit lying and just admit your greed. Since this place has shut down all the other local car washes the quality has gone downhill. Vacuums literally don't work, let alone suction. Couple that with all the problems below, no thanks. Car is always wet after a wash. I pay $40 monthly for the top of the line wash and I still have soap spots from the alleged "spot free rinse" it's unfortunate I cant share photos. Also, you get a different wash if they are busy and packed compared to if they are slow. I have found that I miss most of the features of my Deluxe wash on a busy day because its clear the employees are trained to push as many cars through as possible regardless of the quality. I really dont think the bottom line would be too effected from just slowing the belt down and putting more space between cars. People over profits.

Closed for repairs way too many times (5 to be exact within 8 week period). There should be an app or messages sent notifying members that the location is closed. There should be a credit posted to everyone's account that pay monthly membership fees.

It didn't clean the back of our car, but kinda cleaned the windows when we went through. We went in the back and used the vacuums to clean up our car too. I can assume if we went in the car wash a few times it might of cleaned the car better.

The $14.50 wash did get the majority of the salt off, however, for that kind if money, it should look a lot better.salt streaks remained on the hood and the back was barely touched. It makes me wonder if it actually sprayed underneath since I didn't hear any water hitting it

Have been a customer since the opening of the car wash. Have gone downhill since then. The spinning brushes at the end of the car wash Rarely work, Even after supposed maintenance over and over again! Leaves many watermarks all over the.car,.especially on the windshield. Many times the rinse cycle does not do the job!. Cars are packed in there and it's very scary. Looking for another car wash. Too many excuses, TIRED OF IT!

I have the membership. I have to run my vehicle through multiple times to get it clean. Today I went through twice and still had bugs all over my windshield, grill, and mirrors. If the guide person bringing the vehicle in could maybe power wash the high volume dirty areas or spray a bug off insect remover I believe that would greatly improve the effectiveness of the wash and therefore change my rating.

Every time I go to blue falls in Amherst Rachel is always smiling no matter what and Steve is always entertain a conversation. Such a pleasure to go there when they are working. They must work mostly in the morning. And there is another woman that is very nice I am not sure of her name she has like red her and glasses they all are such a pleasure. More stores in general need people like them. Keep up the great work

I left you guys a few years ago because you had horrible vacuums that would not work so I ended up going to buckeye Car Wash and now I'm back with you Guys because buckeye carwash have horrible vacuums that do not work now. Never use this car was. Can't give 0 stars. My brother told me they left small scratches on his truck. I thought it cant be that bad. So I used them. As you can see from the pictures they are worse. After I filled a complaint with them they contacted me once for the pictures . According to their district manager there is no way their car wash could cause those scratches. This is false as these pictures were taken after I went through their wash. They are simply out to make a buck at your expense. Do not, I repeat, do not use this car wash as you will come to regret it and have to fight with them in small claims court to get your money back for getting the scratches buffed out. This place is a joke.

Throughout the past few years, I’ve had almost nothing but good experiences at this location. However, earlier today, when I was going through the car wash, the car wash suddenly stopped, and I slammed into the pick up truck that was in front of me. I was very alarmed, so I got out to look for any damage to the body of the car, and there appeared to be none. However, upon myself and the nice gentleman, checking it out, I left and shortly after I noticed that my vanity plate (which is original, sentimental, and hard to find) was ruined and is no longer in original condition. I do not like leaving a bad review, however, I would like help regarding this matter.

Best car wash hands down. Had an issue with my membership not going through after I have been a member since it opened. But corporate reached out to me immediately and it came down to that my own bank decided to block the auto charge randomly after they updated their system for some reason. And one of my debit cards would not allow auto debits from point of sales. I don’t know. But I got it straightened out. They need to get someone to work on their vacuum suctions. I noticed this year all of them have taken a dive. Not sure if they just need cleaned out or maintenance but the car wash makes my two year old car still look like it came off the show room floor and I get complimented on it all the time.

The workers are all amazing super friendly and always seem super happy . The best wash in town ive tried them all and literally the best. They also have amazing vacuums that are super strong and do the job right. The air dryers near vacuums are a huge added bonus. Blow dry the car super fast for a touch less dry. I paid $22 for the worst car wash ever!! It didn't even wash the mud of the tires on my Toyota Corolla. My bumper doesn't even look like it went through the wash! I wanted to go through once before I purchased a monthly plan but that definitely won't be happening. Would strongly not recommend!

Very unhappy with the way they communicate with customers. Just bought a Wash package yesterday very excited to use it today. Nowhere did it say on Google or on their website that they had special holiday hours. Really pissed me off. I got on the street and they're competitor near Home Depot is open. Will be canceling my Wash and going there from now on just because. I went down to Buckey Carwash, which is a little bit further north of 58 Drew help me out at the cash register. Super nice guy. Love you today. I'll be switching Buckeye Car Wash.
