Most of the staff is friendly, however, there is one girl in the kitchen that decided to be mouthy today because my husband didn't hear her say "have a nice day". Also ordered a Flatbread pizza and they ran out of Marinara and only offered a different sauce (ranch, BBQ, etc) or no sauce and when we didn't want any of those option, we were given a sauceless pizza instead of a refund or different item option. But the catch here is, the pizza was already pre-made before it was brought to our attention that they ran out of sauce. Orders are consistently made wrong but for the most part, once brought to staff's attention, they fix the problem without fuss. Gave a 2 star because of the mouthiness incountered today by the one kitchen staff. It was highly unprofessional. If you can not conduct yourself in a professional manner while working customer service, then don't work customer service.

Sheets locations usually stand out among other gas and convenience operations, particularly in the food and coffee areas. In general, a decent place to stop and fill your cars’ tank, and yours, and have a bit of a stretch.

Terrible customer service, when they mess up your order they don’t offer to fix it or refund you. I was late to a really important appointment because of the lack of discipline and tedium the workers display. I’ve lived in the same place my whole life so I’ve been coming to this Sheetz for 19 years now, this past year has been their worst year as far as getting the job done goes. They have children working drive through and they can never seem to get any of the orders right. I ordered a sweet tea and when I got my tea there was no sugar or flavor in it so I went back through the drive through and explained the situation, the worker walked away and then walked back with a literal cup of sugar….like handed me an open cup of sugar to pour into my drink, because that is super sanitary. They are unsanitary and don’t follow health code regulations, the children working have no clue what they’re doing and just make things worse.

This location used to be amazing. Got what you ordered everytime through the drive through. Over the last several months to a year something is always wrong or missing. I've avoided going to it because of this. Today I ordered items you can grab off the shelf. Specifically a coke. I got a dr pepper zero sugar. Not sure how they can mix the two up but I'll just avoid this place further.

I got the value hot dogsZZZ , fries and drink, very laid back sheetZ however very dirty, I will include pictures, the food was as sheets company Expect it to be the fries I loved... hot dog's were hot dogs the jalapenos could be a lot hotter but we got the food and drinks in a good space of time, all in all 3 stars die to lack of costumer service

This one is the only one that is not worth your time I mean yes if you have to get gas here then fine but other then that don't waste your time the people are super rude and the food is super rushed

Usually love Sheetz but staff was dismissive when I told them a fuel pump had an internal leak. Fuel was visible on the ground and drops were falling from the metal body of pump number 4 while dispensing fuel. No sign of an exterior fuel spill.

Sheetz is by far the best gas station around! The employees are extremely friendly and helpful, the gas prices are good, and the place is relatively clean. Also, the MTO food is great, and they even have a walk-in soda cave!!

I was driving from Columbus to dc and I was robbed at 40 highway at other gas station on my way . This gas station and service is so amazing clean and hospitable and u feel like home . Gas was the cheapest one all over my driving trip. Food is so delicious and look fresh and tasty

Good food and fast service. The staff was really helpful when answering any questions I had and they were quick to help with something that I didn't see on the drive thru menu. Everyone was friendly. Thank you! I also stopped to fill up my tank and you have an option to get a Sheetz card for food and gas discounts which is a huge plus when traveling a lot. There are always food deals on the app that you can get at any location.

I’ve been fishing the area for a while and always filled gas but never really ventured inside. Boy was I missing out‼️ The food though fast, is tasty and well made. The staff are friendly and the quick mart options are always well stocked even though they’re always busy! Def recommend them, especially the food‼️
