Smaller Sheetz compared to others. Plenty of gas pumps from which to get fuel. The inside of the store was fairly clean. The store had a couple of self checkout lanes which is nice to use. Plenty of coffee choices and soda/pop stations.

This review is for those that make the drinks behind the counter and not the people who have helped me at the registers. I stop at Sheetz for 2 things. 1 is the Red Bull energy drink you order at the kiosk. Now I’ve been an avid Red Bull fan for years and its carbonated…however, every.single.time I get one at THIS AND ONLY THIS LOCATION I swear it’s water with the flavoring (raspberry cherry ect) Red Bull has a distinct flavor. If you don’t want to make it don’t have it in your menu. I even asked one time if they even put any Red Bull in it and with an eyeroll I get told yeah and I mentioned it doesn’t taste like there is and it had no carbonation…flippantly was told it was a fresh can. I know it’s wrong because every other Sheetz in Frederick makes it correctly. Against my better judgement I stopped at this one the other day as I was already past the others and yet again it absolutely had to be water with cherry flavor. So pissed off I literally drive to the next Sheetz and order the same drink and what do you…carbonated and tasted like there was Red Bull in it! I will drive out of my way to go to a Sheetz that provides what the customer pays for. In case you didn’t know….you are stealing when you pass off water as Red Bull….shame on you!

I just wanna say I had just gotten a burrito about 10 minutes ago and wow… This burrito was made fresh and well packed with what I requested on it. The employees are excellent and friendly. Blown away with the quality people and food.

Ordered online today and when I picked up my order it was not correct .. ordered a quesarito and the rice and beans was suppose to be on the side in a cup .. smh ..it was not . And it was a female manager in the kitchen .. try a bit harder to read instructions. I will be going to a different location from now on .

Dargen always makes my experience above and beyond!! By far one of the best employees there, always goes out of her way to start up convos with strangers, asking about there day and even getting to know them!! Almost every morning before I go into work there is this amazing young lady at the register that greets me with one of the best hellos ever. She has become my sunshine at 530am. I have forgot how to spell her name but it starts with a D. She has blonde hair and really pretty blueish green eyes. Also a Shout out to Ms. Dawn that works there too. She a wonderful lady. I enjoy seeing them both. They brighten up my day.

Great place to get gas and grub. Gas prices are among the lowest in the area. Brightly lit, clean, well maintained facility. FREE WIFI Bathrooms are always in good shape. The kitchen and is open all night. All kinds of tasty fast food made to order via their touchscreen kiosks. Sometimes there's a rush and the kitchen gets overwhelmed, you might have a little wait for your food. The place is popular.

Worst Sheetz ever. 😤 I ordered a burrito 🌯 bowl 🥣. When I received my order, there was barely any rice 🍚 in there. I mean literally, there was barely any rice. I asked if they put rice, the lady didn't respond to me, she called the manager. Manager came and told me they put rice in there and she showed me the scoop they use. I thought I was in MTV Boiling Point. The scoop is literally a small measuring scoop. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. 📸 I got my refund and left. Never going there again.

Just off of I-70E and easy to navigate to. A few fast food restaurants around the vicinity. Always get a wonderful greeting anytime I stop in here. Parking lot clean and all gas pumps have window wash cleaner(that is clean).

I came into Sheetz tonight for a quick snack after traveling all day, and the staff here might have provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I think the server’s name was Dan, but whoever you were, please don’t ever stop being as upbeat, considerate, and generous as you were. Most retail workers have every right and reason to be upset and want to go home on holidays like today, but you were extremely happy to be there, and that made my day.

Sheets are the beacons of light in a storm. They provide the highest service that anyone can ask for. I was in another state, on the wrong side of a forest fire. I drove around trying to get around the fire, then I saw a Sheetz. Not only did I got perfect directions but a Wonderful Dinner. Yes I made it to my hotel an hour later. Great Job Sheetz Staff!!!!!!!!!!!

Traveling from out of state, we were excited to visit a Sheetz for the first time after hearing so many positive comments. It was good, not great. The gas prices were reasonable, and the numerous pumps were convenient, with no waiting. On a holiday weekend, the store was well-staffed, but the facilities were quite dirty, especially the restrooms. It didn't look like a place where I would want to trust the famous made-to-order food items.
