Super clean and nice store, well stocked and service counter had good customer service. Great for a quick stop and go. Food doesn't earn the same praise. The food was mediocre at best, and for what it is, it is rather overpriced. Girls behind the counter were obnoxious, could barely hear ourselves think while they discussed loudly their personal dramas. Service was slow, as expected, while talking. I'd swing in for gas and odds and ends but wouldn't consider it as a place to eat in the future..

I stopped by on my way back from a work trip to get food and there was a worker sliding my chicken for my sliders across the counters without any papers and you could tell the counter wasn’t wiped in a long time. I said to her I hope those aren’t for my sliders because I am not eating that after you have been sliding then across the counters without any papers. She said something to her co-worker threw them away and didn’t say anything else. Not sanitary at all.

I’ve been coming to this Sheetz everyday… the food doesn’t taste the same as it used to years ago, but i fear thats a corporate issue. The employees here are great! The food is ok and the store always looks clean. My main concern is that they seem frequently under staffed. I’m not sure I can continue supporting a business thats ok with making people do 3 different jobs for min wage pay! They need to hire more employees…but we all know they won’t.

Cooks take forever to cook French fries I could cook fries faster at home than waiting 15 plus minutes for simple fried food. Workers are slow cooking food.

Walk up to counter ask for a sheet card and the women behind the counter just tells me no and wants to charge me full price..... OK whatever I just left everything sitting on the counter I'll never come back

4 years ago I went on a road trip with a bud to WV, on the way down, we stopped at a Sheetz for some food. I got two chili cheese dogs on pretzel buns there. Absolutely some of the best dogs I’ve ever had that day. Now I don’t always expect them to be that superb but these I got today are an absolute disgrace to the sausage community. Who puts minimal chili and cheese underneath the hotdog? And proceeds to throw raw diced onion on top? This is some savagery right here. I will admit, they tasted better than they looked but it was still hard to initially eat from how they were presented.

Absolutely horrible food, long wait times, very rude staff, including managers. This location is a Haven of drug activity and nothing but drunks and homeless people. However, when you pay for food and they give you the wrong food because I have no idea what they’re doing in the back because the head manager doesn’t work on the weekends that’s the problem. The problem is management especially the Head Manager will not work on the weekends because I think they’re better than the other managers go to another Sheets this one is absolutely terrible.

Waited over 40 minutes for my food at the pick up window, was told after I paid that there were 20 orders ahead of mine. Saw the food sitting on the counter for a good 10 minutes before they realized that it was mine at the window. Would rate 0 if I could.

Edited 5 stars to 1 star. We have been loyal customers since they opened at this location. All of the previous employees no longer work here. This place has gone downhill except for the exception for a very select couple. I used to take the family here all the time and they even knew what we ordered with no complaints. Unfortunately the new management team with the colorful hair and Sierra all try to run things their own way and disrespect us customers. They're always too busy talking instead of taking things seriously. We will no longer order at this place ever again. Shame on you unprofessional people who obviously only work management for the money and not for the actual position and customer service. They really need to practice their professionalism and customer service not just gaining control of being a manager and manager pay. Just ordered the Italian wrap. Max prepared it and I can tell you that it was the best wrap I have had at Sheetz. Hands down. Nothing fell out and it wasn't messy at all. He has made food for us before and it has always been how it should be. Keep up the great work Max! 5 stars well deserved!

They served me a cold burger. I didn't take notice of it until I was already off the premises and unable to return right away to request a refund. A pre-cooked burger that was not brought up to the correct serving temperature.

Brand new store that just opened up, but have had consistent problems with the food. Waited a long time for my food because they didn't put in the mobile order rack or called my name out. Most recent visit, my curly fries have the longest piece of hair in them.

I go to this sheetz several times a day and have never had a bad experience. Yes, on the weekends, they have long wait times but that is due to DoorDash and the location of this sheetz. It is one of the only places to get made to order food after 10pm within several miles. Never had any issues with seeing drug activity or drunks on the premises. Like most human beings, they make mistakes and treat you the way you treat them.

Just called up there to ask if they had any baja turkey wraps for sale because everytime i order on door dash they never send em i get every thing else except my wraps or theyll send me one of two that i ordered the lady on the phone was very rude i asked she sighed and said yes like i was an annoyance to her. I will not be ordering because she did not sound very reassuring to me thanks anyways i guess
