Shammys is the best place to wash your car. The grounds are clean and the employees are friendly. Juan was even checking to see if everyone was satisfied with their experience at the car wash. The music is playing a little too loud but I like the variety.

We have also observed that staff members often engage in non-work-related conversations rather than attending to their duties.

These guys WERE great... until they weren't. I became a member a few months ago, went through, got my car all nice and clean, had great interactions with the employees. Went there this last Sunday, and everything went great, until their machine pulled something off of my car, later allowing almost my entire back bumper to fall off, as I was driving. Luckily, it was able to hold on by one small point on the right side. Fast forward to today, where I finally got it fixed, after having to patch it up myself, and I get an email, where they conveniently decide they're not liable. There was no damage to my car beforehand. They have cameras everywhere, at multiple angles. They should have seen that. And I called them immediately after my bumper fell off, which was no more than 5 minutes after I entered the wash. Oh well, I'll make up the money I spent to fix my car, by not going here again. Frank, you've got awesome employees, but you need a lot of work.

This is the best car wash around and has the best customer service. Willie and Nicole were so helpful and friendly. It's wonderful to see smiling faces and great attitudes in the world today. Mike was absolutely amazing took time out of his busy day to help me detail my car in 90 degree weather. Great first morning, stopped in unexpectedly and was helped by Javi. He is definitely committed to his job and his customers. I explained my messy car situation to him, due to holiday travel, and asked to use the vacuums 'real quick' his understanding of the situation his compassion, care, and great customer care had me sold when he told me about the great package deal, equipment was by far the best I have seen... I always get a good wash here. Tells me that they keep their equipment well maintained. I really like taking advantage of the monthly billing. Money saver. The site is always clean and vacuums and cleaning supplies have always been made ready to use, no running around looking for a clean rag. I usually bring my own but it’s a nice amenity. Decent crew. I haven’t had a bad interaction yet. Helpful and on point. Shows by the way they keep the place. I’m in close proximity so I frequent this place. I’ll be moving soon. Not far but there are other options. I think I’ll keep using these guys. Nice establishment.
