Extremely disappointing experience — poor accountability and service. I brought my BMW here for regular washes and trusted this place for over two years. That trust is completely gone. After one wash, the roof cap mysteriously went missing. Initially, the staff claimed they didn’t have it. Later, Joaquin (the manager) admitted someone did mention finding it, but no one ever followed up with me. On top of that, their wash system left visible scratches on the car, and Joaquin promised a free buff to make it right. When I returned for the buff, I was turned away because Joaquin wasn’t on site. I came back again and was told they needed to run the car through the wash first. I clearly stated the roof caps must be taped for protection. They ignored that, taped the wrong part, and I witnessed the roof caps nearly being torn off during the wash. I reached out and asked to meet with Joaquin directly to resolve everything. He flat out refused and told me to take my car if I had a problem with their service. This place does not value loyal customers, does not take responsibility, and refuses to fix damage they caused. I wouldn’t trust them with any vehicle, let alone one you care about.

The gas is great and the washes do the job, just wish when they did the interior they got a little more thorough, I usually am finding crumbs and particles everywhere in my center console in particular

The worst car wash experience ever. Never had to stand by a washer and explain to him all the spots that were missed. And yet missed a million more. Drops the cloth on the sidewalk picks it up and without dusting start using it on the car. All the dirt from the sidewalk stuck to the cloth and made small scratches. Never going back again. I’ve spent a lot less in LA for a decent service.

Best car wash in LA. Great service and staff. From getting gas when you arrive to going inside to pay. Wait time is reasonable and they always have ample staff to wipe and prepare the car inside and out. They must treat the employees fairly because I see the same employees when I come. The monthly rate is a bargain with unlimited washes. Terrific car wash.

Got ultra wash. Left nicks on right car door and tons of superficial scratches on center console. Terrible job cleaning the inside. Debris still left and not even dusted. Id much rather they have just left the interior alone. If I had time, I would be beyond furious. Outside was terrible as well. Weird rubber burn on top of car and they got absolutely no yellow marks off my car until I came back and the manager had his worker reclean my car. My other nicer cars Ive washed here and it was also not great. Find a better place.

Not impressed. Paid $40 for the executive wash and yet there was a significant amount of sand, debris, and trash left inside. I was told it’s $30 extra if I wanted the spots pictures to be cleaned. Not going back

I came in today because I was told this would be better than Blue Wave. I paid for the executive car wash and additional “a la carte” services. Totaling around $70 plus tip. I basically just got a drive through car wash and wipe down of the interior mirrors and had to show them my receipt to get the additional services I paid for and they argued with me. There is not a hand car wash or full service car wash on the west side worth going to.

After my go to car wash closed in the palisades, I struggled to find another good, reliable one on the west side. Luckily I found this place, and it’s become my new favorite car wash. The employees are so friendly every time, they are all hard workers who work thoroughly and quickly. The process is streamlined. I never wait more than 15 min here, and always leave feeling like my money was spent well.

I paid up for the Ultra Wash and got one of the worst car washes in a very long time. What’s worse is they stole my clip off my key fob so I can’t even clip it back onto the rest of my keys. Recipe for a lost fob. Couldn’t bother to even vacuum the seats or clean the side mirrors. What a rip off. AI will never get another car wash here. I will, however, consider looking through the inside where they have just about everything you’ll never need. Cashier girl was nice. Dang. I’ve had that clip for 8 years and it was perfect. This sucks.

Another underwhelming car wash. I paid $36.99 for the “Executive Wash” and bought an additional $60 in gas. They did not throw away any trash inside my car, they hardly vacuumed and they left multiple spots on my leather seats completely uncleaned. There was no noticeable air freshener, my rear view mirror was left VERY streaked and overall, I was not impressed by this car wash.

Really bad service, paid for monthly subscription. Really not happy with my experience, i tip and try to overlook some issuss on how my car was detailed. Left multiple scratches, buff spots with dents. Only been going there for less than 2 months. Not worth it.

I have never made a review before but this place was just so bad I had to say something. I recently moved into the neighborhood and it was the closest car wash near me so I tried it and it was so bad I for the first time in my life did not leave a tip. I instead wanted a refund but was so mad I just left. When the person turned in my car I thought there was a mistake because it looked like my car hasn’t been even washed yet but he said it was ready. I probably should’ve taken more pictures but I was so angry while taking these photos that I just stopped. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The people were friendly but the service was absolutely horrible. DO NOT COME HERE. If it was priced at 10$ It would be okay, even 20$ is too much for this quality but to pay 60$ and they return my car the way I left it is insane.

I got an "executive wash" at $41.99. 1. Just a machine wash 2. My car sat in the sun for almost 10 minutes before they decided to pad it dry, a few minutes, and called it done. I could have gone to a gas station carwash for less than half the price The only car wash place that I've ever skipped giving tips! Don't go here!

It’s not always perfect—sometimes you’ll notice spots that could have been wiped or vacuumed better—but considering the high volume of cars they handle daily, the workers do work hard and are always nice. They offer different types of washes, with the regular one starting at $37.99. Inside, they have a cute little store, and they even offer up to $10 cash back for tips if you don’t have cash on hand. There are benches outside where you can sit and wait for your car, which usually takes about 30 minutes. Plus, you can also fill up your gas tank right there, which makes it extra convenient. It’s convenient, reliable, and worth it if you’re looking for a thorough car wash in the area.

If you’re running low, you can fill up while your car is being cleaned — super practical and saves you a stop. The waiting area is also nicer than most, with a boutique feel and refreshments.
