Inaccurate advertising on their website. Estimated cost was $15, but they wouldn’t let you pay on the website. When we picked up our car they said it was $15/hour even though on the website it said $15/10 hours. Will never come here again. Very unprofessional.

This place deserves a 10 star. I had so much peace of mind leaving my car there for almost one week. The price is affordable and the service is top notch. Craig sent me photos of my car and he helped oversee the shipping of my car to Maine. I searched for other parking lots before going to secure parking. I must say they are the best to work with if you need peace of mind. I fully recommend this place if you are in New york. I had to go to Brooklyn for the first time driving and my first visit since 2008. I wanted a good, safe place to park. I attempted to book ahead, but some wires got crossed and I was never quoted. Craig treated my daughter and me like family. His team is professional, courteous, and HELPFUL (Craig lifted a 60 pound box into my car for me)! My car was cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off! I unexpectedly stayed an extra day and Craig was so flexible and kind about it. Craig and his team are truly good people. Craig is a fantastic guy who went way out of his way to help my daughter and I when we were in a pinch, not bargaining for the street parking around our hotel. He took us right in. Just as before, the procedure was very smooth. Craig and his brother not only provided me with excellent service, they were both very accessible to bring my car in and pick it up.
