My car was damaged during the wash and the personnel said that because the car is older than 10 years they will not cover repair of the damages

First off, and for the record, no drive-thru car wash will ever replace the detailed clean of an old-fashioned hand washing. I know this. But I use this option when: a) I'm in a rush, and b) it's too cold outside. I've used all the big drive-thru car washes in the area and Scrubway is noticeably the worst. It is closest to home and I pass it most days, so I truly wanted it to work out. But the 1st visit several months ago did not do a good job cleaning my truck. And last night was no different (see photos). I expect a good "once-over", but this is unacceptable. I've been using Wetzone on 2920 at least twice a month and they rock! For the same $6, my truck actually comes out consistently clean. All I have to do is wipe down the wheels. iShine on Spring Cypress does a good job also. Guess I'll keep making that 15-min drive out to 2920.

Marcel helped me with writing up the service order for oil change that also included a multi point vehicle inspection. Very good, quick service with good competitive pricing. Nice clean air conditioned waiting room with complimentary soft drink dispenser for customers. Great job Scrubway !

Great car wash! Really colorful and fun. Really quick and also has vacuums, microfiber towels, and spray for your windows. Cools down your car nicely as well. its also cool if you have a sunroof. 5 stars.

Excellent customer service from the moment you pull up to the moment you check out! I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who helped me check-in on the monitor for an oil change. And while you wait for your service to be completed, they have ample seating indoors and outdoors, outlets to charge your electronics, a vending machine, and free fountain sodas. Service was also fast and efficient. Update: Just tried their basic car wash today with the free coupon I received from the oil change. I was hesitant about trying out the car wash at first after seeing some of the other reviews, but after watching every car come out looking brand new while I was waiting for my oil change, I caved and got in line once I got my car back. Really love how they have staff on deck scrubbing the front and back of your car. Even with the basic wash, my car came out looking almost as shiny as the day I bought it! I couldn't stop looking at it! I will definitely be coming back!

This place has went down hill since the new manager started here. Every time I go and he is there he is rude to his customers. I would not recommend coming here anymore. Something needs to be done about him and his attitude towards others or more customers will be lost.

I took my wife’s van to get an oil change today because we have a maintenance plan through Parkway Chevrolet that does oil changes at Scubway for free. I made an appointment and once I arrived turned it in for the maintenance asking them to check a tire that was low according to a warning light on the dash. The tech assured me that they check and top off all fluids and check the tires as part of the oil change service. After waiting for over an hour in the waiting area and noticing my van was still in the service bay with the hood up I went to the desk to ask about the status of my van. At first the guy at the desk said oh we are waiting for a battery to arrive. I asked why they ordered a battery for it without telling me something was wrong with it and authorizing the replacement of the battery. He quickly backtracked and said oh we were waiting to see if you wanted us to replace it because it will be $345 dollars. I said what is wrong with it because I have had no issues with it and even stopped for gas on the way here, shut it off and it started right up afterwards. He said they had to jump it to get it from the service line into the bay and he showed me a picture of a meter reading that said the battery was bad. He then showed me a dirty air filter and said they should replace it at the same time. I said no thank you please just complete the oil change and jump it and I will deal with it. He quickly completed the paperwork while I said when were you going to tell me the work was done and that I needed a new battery I have been sitting here waiting for it to be completed for over an hour and that I was not happy with the lack of communication. He got me out the door and I drove straight to Autozone. Once I got to the parking lot of autozone I turned the car off and it started right up with no issues. I had autozone test the battery and they said there were no issues with the battery. They pulled the air filter and showed it to me and said it looks new! It definitely was not the air filter I was shown at scrubway! I don’t know if the error was on the tech that serviced my vehicle or the system they have at Scrubway but I could have spent over $450 dollars had I agreed to their suggested repairs. This is just shady and if I didn’t have to go there for my free oil changes I would never go back in there! Don’t get the recommended services done there if you have a choice go to another mechanic and get a second opinion! I would never let them perform real maintenance on my vehicle after their lack of communication, no caring that they wasted over an hour of my time and their trying to tell me things were wrong with my vehicle that obviously were not needed to be fixed. Just poor experience all the way around and no care for my wasted time.

I asking for a manager to fill a complaint and employee told me he’s busy at the phones. But he was inside the red car taking AC , I guess. Anyway he’s refused to show me the cameras and blame my wife for the tire damage. Employee from Scrubway wash give her wrong direction and make her to get the car stuck in the conveyor. The manager name Bob “ get inside my wife’s car and take out of the conveyor and damaged the tire and rim he refused to fill a customer complaint.

Me and my kids LOVE this place! They asked me to get my car dirty today so that we could go back here. We LOVE that they have free popcorn, a soda machine and play Bob Ross on TV around the clock. Such a great place.

The first time I came here was when they first opened. I was very impressed by the vacuums and the car wash was fine. I came back today April 30th and my opinion has drastically changed. The vacuums clearly are not maintained as the suction power is terrible! Way worse then your at home vacuum. I got the $13 car wash expecting it to be able to give me a good shine... I was far from happy with that. On top of all this there isn’t a designated spot for the detail team and there stuff is everywhere. If it was clearly marked off I would be fine with it but they just have stuff everywhere and even when not cleaning cars. Some of the staff... well I’m not even sure if they are staff! I would assume so but they aren’t wearing uniform. Overall SUPER disappointed.

Nothing spectacular! The setup was annoying as you drive through. 🤪 read the signs. It got the job done (dirt gone). The price was ok 15$ to wash your car. Vacuum free not bad when you are in a rush.

As always, the service I receive at Scrubway is professional and friendly. Also, if they do find an issue with your vehicle, you are not pressured into making a decision at that time, unless the issue is major. I highly recommend using them for your car care needs.

I showed up with my car only covered in dust and left with it “clean” but the hood full of fresh paint chips. The dust was gone, but now I have damage on the paint that was absolutely not there before this wash. That alone is frustrating, but what really made it worse was the way the staff handled it. As soon as I pointed it out, they basically shrugged it off, said there was nothing they could do, and didn’t show any real interest in reviewing cameras, documenting the problem, or offering any kind of solution. It feels like once your car goes into their tunnel, any damage that happens is automatically “not their fault” and you’re just stuck with the repair bill. After leaving, I started reading more reviews and realized I should have checked them before coming; clearly I’m not the only one who walked away disappointed and regretting the visit. I understand no car wash is perfect, but when a business uses brushes and equipment that can damage your paint, the minimum they should offer is honesty and some level of responsibility when things go wrong, not a quick dismissal. If you care about your car’s paint and don’t want to risk dealing with this kind of headache, I strongly recommend going to a touchless car wash instead. In my experience, the wash here simply isn’t worth the risk of damage plus the complete lack of accountability when something happens.

If I could give 0 stars I would, my manager recommended me to come here and even gave me a coupon to use for my first time. It’s Sunday and I asked the gentleman at the kiosk to use the 10$ off coupon for a DETAIL (inside and out). I chose the best wash and he gave me 10$ off that which I was confused cause I know a detail isn’t 15$ I drive around to go through the wash and I ask before I go through if they are going to actually detail inside and out since that’s what I asked for but don’t think I was charged properly and want to make sure I pay for what I am asking for. The dude doing the pre clean before going through looked at me like I had 5 heads and the little young lady next to him just said to drive around once I’m done with the wash, okay cool. Through the wash my blind spot mirror flew off on the drivers side Ive had it for months been through multiple car washes and it has never come off before. Once I got out the wash I drove around to where the young lady said and I met a different lady. Told her what happened she went to look for my mirror and said she couldn’t find it and to go ahead and buy a replacement on Amazon… I was lowkey pissed she even said that not even a refund was offered or another complimentary wash w a detail like I had thought I paid for. She further explains that they DONT DETAIL ON SUNDAYS!!! WHY DID I GO THROUGH THIS WHOLE THING IF WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR COULDNT EVEN BE DONE?!? For a first time experience this was AWFUL. I know it seems like a small issue but how did the First Gentlemen at the kiosk fail to tell me I wasn’t getting a detail like I asked?!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I went here one time for a wash on my truck... the mirror on my passenger side completely fell off at the end of the wash. I talked to the manager and she told me I was LYING and that mirrors don’t just fall off. I told her to review the security footage then to see if it fell off during the wash and she refused. She just kept saying the same thing like a tape recording. The manager name is Victoria. I’m sure other people have had similar issues with her or this wash judging on reviews. But please do not use this place. Very rude customer service and if or when they screw your truck up they will not fix it and say that you’re lying.
