Had a wild weekend, the kind that lingers in your car for a while. Fortunately Oliver was willing to accept the job without having to pay an arm and leg as other places were charging for fun weekends. Oliver was friendly, prompt and honest about managing expectations, and did a fantastic job. For a job that required him to be in the hot sun for 2+ hours, with no water and no canopy- he did not complain and still pulled it off. Would recommend Athay to anyone, especially since they come to you!

I was not going to say anything originally, but seeing the owners responses the other negative reviews I feel I need to advocate for future customers. I bought a $225 detail service for a present for my husband that apparently is a basic interior detail (which I was unclear about so that’s my bad). But according to the website this includes “professional seat cleaning and stain removal”. This is just not true. There was no attempt to clean the seats. Let alone the floor mats and the carpet under the mats (even just vacuum). Instead the owner calls his car “older” and that the stains were permanent in his responses. So out of my anger after the service I used our in home stain removal vac (green machine on amazon $130 fyi) and cleaned the seats myself in 30 mins. I should’ve saved my money and done it myself. So look- just know if you pay over $200 for a detail service you’re going to get someone come and wipe down your car with a rag and vacuum for a few minutes. You decide if that’s worth the money.

He was very thoughtful. I was a bit worried from the few negative reviews (you know how people tend to focus on the negative things despite all the positive stuff), so I made sure to be clear about my concerns and places that I wanted cleaned for certain. He did a great job at getting treacherous stains out from my dark fabric seats. It was my first interior cleaning in 6 years… but I really don’t have many messes in it in the first place.

Very disappointed with the experience. The individual sent (I believe it was Oliver) did not do a basic cleaning you can get in your neighborhood for much less. Mats were not taken out and carpet under vaccumed. Usually the mats are washed with a hose. No shampoo was used on the seats were used to clean the stains. Overall the car smells nicer than before but the work was very basic. I have a ring camera and watched the cleaner do very little and did spend some time distracted from the job
