Used the car wash several times. I use the soft touch. Yesterday in the middle of the wash my truck just completely shut off and wouldn't restart. The wash had finished and the truck wouldn't start so I had to call and tell them I was stuck in the wash bay. Two guys came out and pushed the truck into the dryer bay. Let the dryer cycle run its course so at least I got my money's worth on the wash. They then pushed the truck out of the dryer bay and to a safe spot in the parking lot. After a few minutes it started up. I offered the guys some money to buy lunch but they both refused several times. Super nice guys and the truck always comes out looking good.

I had exceptional customer service from Jesse. I needed assistance to move a crate out of my car to clean it and he was super helpful. By the end of my detail and car wash, my car looked good as new! The car wash system was easy to use. Jesse made sure I understood how the system works. He even helped me by allowing me extra time to finish the vacuuming and then helped me move my crate back into my car. He deserves a promotion! Wonderful attendant! I highly recommend this car wash and dog wash center that is convenient to New Paltz & surrounding towns.

I have a 2022 Volkswagen Atlas and have had the rear wiper blade ripped from the car twice now. I called and left a message days ago and no one has responded. One might ask why I went back and it’s because I bought five washes and was hoping it wouldn’t be a recurring issue. I have used other car washes and haven’t had a problem with the blades. I’ll come back to edit this review if they return my call and reimburse me for the remaining washes, at least. Update: I stopped in and spoke with the attendant who gave me a number to call. Paul ordered a replacement blade immediately and it was ready for pick up within days. I won’t be going through the same lane again but will give the car wash another try. I never did hear back from the number listed in their contact section on the app, so I am giving 4 stars at this time.

Used the car wash and the dog wash… was happy enough with the car wash. I’ll say more about the dog wash below: Pros: Space to move around the entire tub Convenient hours! Like the nozzle that can switch back and forth between settings Good maneuverability of both the water hose and dryer hose made it really easy to use Cons: Low lip to the bath and no door - might not work for squirmy dogs Awkward low and short collar connector - not great for connecting to a collar Water pressure is low - I have double coated dogs and I had difficulty getting all the soap out. Air dryer pressure was low and the heat dry didn’t work at first - again not great for long coated dogs. It took FOREVER to dry my Sheltie No towels - I did not realize this before I got there and I didn't bring anyway… major bummer No way to clean hair out of the tub - I ended up using my hands. Even some paper towels would be helpful All in all, some good features but low pressure on water and dryer and lack of towels make this not a great option for long haired dogs. If you’ve got a squirmy dog, it may not be easy to keep them still

Best water pressure out of every touchless car wash I've ever been to ! The tire shine machine is also impressive.

Expensive, but never have had a major problem. This car wash is reliable, and offers touchless, light touch, and self-serve washing. Personally, I use the touchless, but I have never had any issues with it other than the cost. Expect to spend $25 per wash you do, and expect to wait on a line- even on the "off days". The drying in the touchless also only goes for like 20 seconds, so I'd recommend bringing something to dry it after unless you're fine with water stains. Other than those minor things that are more of a preference than anything, I am very happy with Scrub Co! (They also offer vacuuming at an additional cost in the back, as well as rug scent, and vending machines with a lot of "car necessities" as well as quarter machines.

Does by far the BEST Job at cleaning my car. The dryers at the end are powerful enough (depending on your vehicle) to leave it where you barely have to wipe down your car after wash. I've used this wash for not just a BMW but also a full-sized Chevy Silverado 2500. I get the same results every time! A perfect wash for a great price. They have multiple locations you can go to and if you use there app you can earn rewards like a free wash and I'm not talking about the basic one either. Last thoughts I highly recommend using this company for the best touch less car wash in the area!

You might say it is what it is... It's an unstaffed drive-thru car wash.... Simple enough... But my daughter's car was disgusting.... Plenty of bird product.... Old leaves... Just so very very bad... I think it was $13.... And it looked 888% better... There was still some leaves and a little remnants left behind. But really you did a pretty great job in about 5 minutes... Quick, effective and pretty darn cheap... My kind of place

Bran new car!!! chip my mirror talk to the guy there today who was fixing a woman’s back wiper because I’m guessing it got broken in the soft touch wash. He said it look like someone hit it and he couldn’t do anything.

Fair and honest .... Had a problem after hours with their discount card... Called the number spoke with the guy who answered who was very sincere... Stopped by and the same employee corrected my issue without hesitation... Generally I'm used to a more ambivalent attitude at these types of places ... It was a welcome and refreshing change... I'll be using them again especially because we're very happy with the results on our vehicles!!! 🎉😁

As far as the self-service wash goes, the water pressure sucks and the amount of soap that comes out is a joke. You can get your car somewhat clean until you're near a better carwash but that's about all it's good for. The dog wash, however, is honestly pretty good, so that's the only reason this place is getting two stars.

Don't bother trying the dog wash if your dog has any coat. Crappy water and dryer pressure, barely any shampoo or conditioner comes out at all. No towels or aprons so I'm soaked. Our dog is literally going to need another bath after this one. Good thing she never dried off...

Updating from 4 to 5 stars! Ask politely and you shall receive. Scrub a Dub New Paltz took care of their lot and has provided some fresh paved areas free of pot holes. Also recently updated their automated cashiers, wash packs and gift card system. “Great touchless wash, does a good job. I would like to see the blacktop repaired as you drive out and around wash stations. All pot holes full of muddy water, kinda defeats the purpose of washing the car. It’s a small unavoidable section. A few bags of cold patch please.”

I used the left lane. Got the “Premium” option for $20. Car came out grimy and windows were still covered in dirt. Maybe if I used the right lane it would’ve lived up to the other reviews.

Hands down the best car wash in the area. Always clean and well kept, great water pressure, all wash cycles work as needed, and there is even an attendant present during regular business hours in case you need assistance. Even a warm water rinse to get off the detergent! Whether your using the automatic or a manual wash bay, this car wash does it right. I actually wash my truck more since discovering this place!

My wife and I took our 1-year-old German Shepherd puppy here for the first time and had a really good experience. Our puppy was a little freaked out at first walking up the ramp to the metal wash table. But he got used to it and stop whining. The place was clean and the system was easy to use. It really was a similar user interface to the car wash right next door with a turning dial operating system So much easier to do it here rather than in your bathtub or out in the yard. Only minus 1 star because it would be nice to have a little table or shelf for people to put their cell phones and keys or whatever while they wash their dog. Our Pooch came back clean and soft and happy Anyway we will definitely be back

Love this car wash. Most of the time the automatic brush is my favorite as it does a great job cleaning, but I have used the high pressure "do it yourself " washes as well and they are just fine.

I've never used a car wash before but glad I decided to give these guys a try (esp when I got a client's car dirty). But I did use their dog wash a few years ago. Everything was easy to use and instructions were easy to follow. They have contactless airpay that you can use via their app. I did the touch free option. I found the prices reasonable and the process quick. I like that it lets you know when to go, stop, and to back up. Car was cleaned up nicely. I wish I took a before picture but trust me it was dirty. They have vacuums (for a couple dollars) to use and a vending machine in the back with various items to finish cleaning your vehicle. Bring cash or quarters for those.

Did not clean the undercarriage, salt and ice still there after the touch-less wash - even paid extra for extra wash. Called to get help, further instructions or refund, it was an auto response that promised someone would receive it in 72 hours but no one reached back out to me
