I had a terrible experience at this car wash on 299 in New Paltz. Just got my car and after going through the automatic car wash, I have damage to the back door of my SUV. I called and I hope they get back to me soon. This is terrible!!!!!!

Touch less car wash as well as a traditional and self serve bays. I always use touch less to protect the paint, this one does an OK job. Other touch less are better, but this one is convenient and prices accordingly

This place is not maintained. There was no soap being dispensed when I washed my vehicle with the wand or brush.

Do not use this out dated car wash. Take extra time and go 143 N Chestnut St, New Paltz, NY 12561. Dollar a min on self wash. First off I should have driven down town New Paltz and paid 10$ for 22 mins. But I thought let me try this car wash again. I swipe my card and start washing. After 3 mins it shuts off. Swipe again same 3 mins can't add time. Maybe upgrade your weak pressure 10 year old out dated pos car wash. You're response was very professional. So I'll add to my review don't waste your time going to this car wash try 143 N Chestnut St, New Paltz, NY 12561. Thank you

First off who has a truck wash bay that has a credit card machine that only gives you 5 mins for $9 with a 8% surcharge, surcharges are unheard of at car washes. Worst place to ever go if you want to wash your rig or bigger vehicle. Also last thing among many others the brush isn’t even that long 13 foot bay should have a longer one and the pressure is a joke. Better place is port even off 9w scrub a dub. At least there truck wash has a credit card machine that doesn’t charge a surcharge and won’t turn off after 5 mins. What a joke

Good location so I have been there many time. Recently it seems the car isn't as clean as in the past, especial the rear of the car. Today I stopped in and paid the $9 and the car was washed but no blow drying service so it was covered with water spots when it air dried. I'll have to try the new car wash on Rt 32.

This car wash is a rip off! I spent $14 on the soft touch automatic wash and no soap/foam came out of the sprayers - just water!! My car was barely cleaned, then there’s no one there to help you with your concern. Do not go here and waste your money!!!

Worst car wash i have ever got. Water left a odd film on my car after it dried. Had to rewash my windows by hand after. Water in automatic bay had an odd smell. Wasted $10 on something that wasn't worth $5.

Absolute worst car wash in the whole Hudson Valley. Everything's broken all the time. It just takes your money my hose at my house has better water pressure. I emailed them dozens of times with no response, basically they're just taking your money

My black car looked worse afterward than it did before. The no-touch, automatic car wash left water spots all over the car. (I sprung for the $15 Emerald wash.) I had to take it to another car wash to get it clean.

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. PUT MONEY IN THEIR VACUUMS, NEVER WORKED. TRIED TO GET MORE CHANGE- PUT $1 BILL IN, GOT 3 QUARTERS ($0.75). Tried a Diamond wash on Valentine's day. The wash cycle completed and nothing else. I wash left with soap on my car and had to move to another bay and pay extra to wash the soap off myself. I reached out by email for a refund and included photos of my car and the receipt and received no response. Unacceptable.

Great car wash! I've noticed some reviewers complain about the price but for the quality of the wash, the price is excellent! Our car came out sparkling! Additionally, while vacuuming the car our battery died. Fortunately, for us, the owner stopped by and gave us a Jumpstart!

For the past six months this place has conveniently had a sign saying that nothing but the most expensive option works. Just finally caved and got it. The ULTIMATE wash. Here are pics of immediately after. I think maybe one bug I killed on the thruway was removed? Unacceptable. Edit: just tried to call them. Big surprise. You can’t.
