My car definitely needed a thorough cleaning. I had leaves stuck under the creves of the trunks hood and they got it out. Reasonable work for the price versus getting a detail which would cost me for sure over $130a

One of the worst car wash ever. I paid 47.99 for deluxe special #1. Half of my car was not at all vacuumed, polish was pouring out from the windows. The trunk was left without cleaning. When I tried to talk to the store manager lady she said talk to the guys out. When tried to approach the guys outside no body replied or did anything to help me. Now I regret why did I even think of getting a car wash...these people made me so upset. I could've done a better job and could have donated this money to any cancer charity organization.. I will never recommend anyone to go to this place for car wash.. Just don't waste your money so that you don't have to regret later like me..

Although this place is not fancy (as are the Classic Washes), they did a great job. I had my car completely detailed - clay, wax, armor-all, upholstery washed. When they were done, it was spotless. The employees take a lot of pride in the work they do. Reasonable prices, fast, and friendly.

Their quality has been lowering through the years. Not much difference between paying 32 dollars for them to clean it than to do it yourself for 9 dollars in Shell. Will never bring my vehicle there again.

The hand car wash is very good. I prefer hand car wash compared to mechanical wash because paint is preserved and well maintained longer term. Process to wash car is easy. Pricing is very high at minimum $32 per auto. Other car washes are $15-$22 for same service. At $32 the carpets can have a better vacuuming. The car should have no black dust or soild along the side bottoms of car. The wash includes tire dressing

I was thinking of going here to get my car washed. From the reviews it seems they have gone down hill. It's been at least a few years since I've been there. My partner and I took our cars there for years. Used to get a wash and inside cleaned for around $20. They did a great thorough job, I was never disappointed with their work. It seems getting your cat washed has gone up quite a bit since I last got a car washed. Not going to pay inflated prices for a sub-par job.

Asian female cashier not very friendly & they don’t allow you to tip using a bank card or cc. Wash was very fast, but not completely done. Console and dash was still dirty. Thought that I’d give them a shot since I had a coupon from Safeway but won’t use them again

2nd time using this car wash on my Tesla Y. 1st exterior wash was a decent job with some small spots missed. However, the second wash was significantly less detailed leaving a lot of bug spatter on the nose, headlights, fog lights and side mirrors. I would not recommend this service for $33 as I have seen more thorough cleaning from a fully automated wash at $22.

In two time that I arrived here always is the same. The first time, I payed it the service of $39 and they didn't clean well my car like inside and outside. Yea that day they had a lot of cars there, but we are paying for a good service. And certainly, it is a little expensive if they don't do a good job. Other day, I pay the $28 and they didn't clean well my car inside, and they didn't have a lot of cars. I don't know if I just me. But thank you. I will search for other place. But if you don't have a time to lose I recommend these place. They are so fast.

DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! came to the car wash at 3:06 & didn’t not leave until 4:30. & my car wasn’t even fully clean. I got the deluxe package $54 and the outside was still dirty the inside of my cup holders weren’t even clean and they left black marks on my dash board from there rags. It literally looked like I didn’t even go get a carwash, my mirrors had marks from the water they didn’t dry. Horrible!! First and last time I go here. Plus the employees were fighting with each other and they couldn’t even tell me my car was ready. First time here & last. I’m calling for a refund I literally cleaned my car myself and wiped everything down with a wipe.

We paid $32 dollars for carwssh that included a vacuum. They didn’t vacuum. There was spots all over the car and they didn’t clean the tires. When my husband brought it to their attention, he was told “there was nothing to be done”. Even after my husband gave them a tip,they didn’t bother to help him as he tried to clean the tires! Shameful! Sin Vergüenza! The message was clear, we don’t care about the customer nor do we want your business.

Came here with my first daughter when she was about to be 1 year old, my car was a mess & I didn’t have enough for a full detailing. I paid for the standard wash & vacuum, tipped the guys in the beginning a bit more as well as the guys at the end, & my car was SPOTLESS. An absolutely incredible job. So grateful!

This place has horrible owners the wife is so rude and doesn't care how bad a job her employees do. They didn't even attempt to vacuum and argued that dog hair is hard to vacuum. Waited over an hour and I just wanted my money back at this point. She refused even called her husband, he said they can revacuum, I didn't want to wait anymore. She refused to give me my $52 I paid for an awful service. This place has horrible Owners.

Tip: Take a bucket of your favorite car wash wax and go over your vehicle when you first pull in the bay. Then high pressure rinse, followed by the selection of 'Spot free' ionized water. Should be able to do this all on one cycle. Advice from the cheap seats..

Paid for the top of the line wash. And they did a very shoddy job on the interior dirt, still all over the floor in my door handles. Seats were not cleaned. No smell added even though I paid for the smell. I brought it back a second time still did an even shoddier job damaged my headliner so I ended up doing it myself in their parking lot. I highly recommend not not coming tp this place if you want a detailed car wash. Update: also noticed a new scratch in my windshield... how do you even do that

I've been coming to this car wash for quite some time. This last service wasn't as good; I expressed to the employee that the interior and exterior of the car were extremely dirty. I asked for the interior to be vacuumed throughly and left clean. Unfortunately, after the service, the seats and floor mats still had debris left over. The exterior of the door handles was still dirty. It's upsetting to spend your money at a business when the service employees do not pay attention to detail and are sloppy. Will be going elsewhere.
