I placed an order for pick up because they won’t let you buy bulk qtys of chicken like drum sticks and tenderloin unless you order pick up. We live far away 2 hrs and scheduled a pick up and got there at my pickup time but couldn’t check in after waiting 45 min into my pickup time. I stopped an employee to ask and they said oh something is wrong we see your order but it’s still not been shopped for. They shopped for the order and came out and said they are now sold out of chicken I had ordered which was the whole reason we went there. They said sorry for the wait which was now 1 hr and 15 min past my pickup time and I didn’t get what I ordered! Horrible customer service.

Used to be a Sam's Club Family but since the Gas Pumps are so slow and constantly needing to be reset, and Pricing in store is on the High side, we have moved to a mostly Costco Family.

Sooo much better than Walmart! Great place to buy in bulk! So much cheaper and just a great place all around. It has a food court, and I highly recommend trying the pizza at least once (you won't regret it) l. From toys to clothing to furniture to food to medicine, Sams has it all!

The curbside delivery parking is always full in evenings and wait times to get to your car are 15 mins+. Staff told me to write reviews and tell management because they cut their staff.

Drew the manager & Shayla in customer service today was very rude with me and couldn’t figure out a solution to how to process a membership. They took it out on us the customer and said no one else can help u . We went to another Walmart and they did it in 5 minutes. They think they’re not replaceable ! Maybe Sam’s & Walmart needs to fire people who have poor customer service! Unacceptable in my opinion! Won’t be going back to that one ! Probably won’t renew my membership after it expires it was to much of a hassle.

This is the best Sam's I have been in to date. Took car in to get Michelin tires installed and was told be a hour and a half wait. Less than one hour from time we arrived tires were installed and ready togo. The fastest I have ever had tires installed. Great job Sam's Tire and Auto

Traveled to Springfield from Branson today. This Sam's Club is located just off US Hwy 65. For travelers like me who often need to find a restroom, turn left after entering the front door. The restrooms are located along that front wall two thirds of the way across the store. Got there about noon so before leaving had just about every food sample that was offered. We even ended up buying some of the items. Upon returning home I noticed how many Members Mark items we had purchased. Pictures of these items have been included. Previously we've bought toilet paper, paper towels, hamburger, and peanuts. The quality of those items convinced us to try the Members Mark clothes washing pods and Members Mark multipurpose office paper today. Once again though I didn't really plan ahead when loading the cart. Having one of the flat carts would have been much easier. Buying the Members Mark toilet paper and paper towels make sharing with others easy as there are smaller packages inside of the larger one.

The pizza combo was pristine. We had a gift card that gave us fits with the mag strip and the cafe manager was more than patient as he took the opportunity to train his team how to manually enter the card number. Excellent service. And fast. 10/10

First time at a Sam's Club. Membership services were very unprofessional. Could not answer basic questions regarding membership. We purchased the club membership that was on sale for $15. (Only because we had done some research before going to store and mostly because membership was on sale.) We did not receive a membership card because they were out. We received a receipt printout of membership number. We asked if one could be mailed to us later because we live 2 hours away from any Sams Club. The lady told us no, but we could come back next week and should be able to get one. Again, we live 2 hours away. Store layout was confusing and very difficult to follow. Workers could not point you in a general direction of an item. Checkout area was complete chaos. Customers were unsure where/how to checkout - no employee to point them in the right direction. Common sense tells you to go to register for checkout, however, there was a crowd of customers around registers with no lines or order. No one could tell you where the end of the line was...choas. Hopefully, a different location will be a better experience. Maybe I'm being picky. I guess Costco has spoiled me with higher standards.

This was hand delivered to my house this am. A Sam’s associate would have had to pick this out and a Sam delivery driver had to have noticed upon bringing it to the door. 5/9 apples completely rotten and leaking out heir contents out of the bag. Do better Sams

Where to begin. This location hasn't had their own Members Mark medium roast coffee in stock in probably a year. The shelves are all packed with Starbucks and nasty dunkin doughnuts flavored coffee. Yesterday, we couldn't buy milk because there was none. Instead, staff were packing expensive, unsold hams and briskets into the dairy section where milk should go. They wanted upwards of $150 for a cut of prime rib that looked like the butcher sat on it. $20 for a pack of pork steaks almost at it's throw out date! The staff are rude as hell. Some kid with a bunch of tattoos turned an isle into an industrial zone and chased us down with a forklift, barely keeping the red caution line at our heels until we were gone. They have these stupid scam events in the MIDDLE of the main isle and create these huge cart clogs. I hate this place, we are moving to Costco.

Told that scan and go is easy and convenient but I have been to this location several times and can't even buy a loaf of bread and sandwich meat with scan and go. Terrible waste of time all around. Nobody to help fix the issue and waiting in line at the service desk for 30 minutes defeats any attempt at a quick run for groceries. They need to fix the issue or do something. I regret choosing Sam's over Costco.

Where did the cashiers go??? I'm fine with having the Scan And Go as an option and the same for the self checkout. However, I don't work for Sam's Club so why am I doing all the work without an employee discount? Why is this being forced upon members? I like the cashiers and I like the ability to use cash easier. The workers don't seem to know what is going or where anything is at either. Sam's has really gone downhill all around. My older family members aren't tech savy and have canceled their memberships as well. I already canceled my membership and I encourage anyone else who is as annoyed with this to do the same. This is the only way you get your point across to the out of touch corporate people. I will be checking out Costco now.

I've been coming here for the last few years and get the same items once per week. I use scan and go but don't worry I won't be back thanks to Valerie who felt the need to follow me around the entire time. I am NOT a thief and always pay for every single item! What is the point of having an app to checkout if the employees are just going to stalk me?? Since when does coming in the store and going to the alcohol first make me suspicious?? Well you can waste your time following other people now because I won't shop where I am treated like a criminal!
