The fact that I drive an hour for my tires because this location is just horrible. The workers ALWAYS have attitudes and even the new employees have ATTITUDES. For NO REASON. The tire department is the worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NOBODY to do business within the tire section here. I’ve had my car for 7 years and I let NOBODY but Sams do my tires. I just found out that they been ripping my nuts from my tires and they are making me replace them. Little do they know I work on cars so….On top of when I was getting my car serviced they lost 2 of my lub nuts and guess what…they still Made me replace them. I love sams but they just need to shut the WHOLE tire section down. And the lady who works for them told me my nuts are scatched cause I hit curbs WHEN, if I do hit a curb my lub nuts are hidden because of my rims 🤣🤣🤣 just fire the whole department cause be fr

Got accused of shoplifting by the most disgustingly rude employee. Pulled me to the side at the exit and told me to sit and wait for a manager. I just left because I thought it was RIDICULOUS. I had my four month old baby with me, and I was not going to stand there because your employee wouldn’t just take the time to look at the receipt on my phone I had tried to show her… I returned two days later to quickly stop in, buy something and be on my way. The manager had called the POLICE on me and told me they wanted to question me for the “shoplifting” I had committed days prior. The item I was accused of shoplifting? A 3-pack of baby onesies. That cost $10. That I PAID AND HAD A RECEIPT FOR. Y’all went out of your way to incriminate a once loyal customer. Congratulations. I will happily be taking myself and my family to Costco for future grocery runs!

This is ridiculous that y'all only have two lines open this time of the year one of your cashiers is moving like she wants to be at work and the other one Keke is moving like she don't want to be here..... It's literally taking her 10 to 15 minutes to check out one person

Only one cashier. The line was long when you spend that much money on a membership. You would think you'd get treated better.

Of course the deli was great as usual. Polish dogs were 99 cents and frozen yogurt was 99 cents and I got a slice of pizza. I'm not disappointed there. They had everything that I was looking for. The fruit was fresh as usual. I will definitely be coming back. I just wish they had a bigger size variety on their clothing. They're cut kind of small.

Used to be my favorite cafe until Tuesday when I was served a burned pretzel and the worst part about it is they served me out of a paper plate with a piece of foil on top. OSHA needs to be contacted and informed of the service this is clearly a violation of federal guidelines. I wish I could post the picture.

This is by far the worst club I have ever had the experience of shopping in, I live in West Mobile and usually shop in the store in Daphne AL, it is about 25 extra miles to shop in a cleaner, better managed store than the one in Mobile. I hope the management reads this and makes the needed changes to their store, I have been a member for well over 30 years and I am thinking about switching to Costco. Good bye SAMs, was nice until I moved to Mobile! Edit: I am still a Sam's Member as there are some things that I like that Costco does not carry, with that said, I am also a Costco member and shop there about 80% of the time...The Mobile Sam's club is still by far the worst Sam's I have shopped at in the entire South East, and I have shopped in a lot of Sam's Club stores, additional the parking lot is covered in trash, seems the cart people have no interest in picking up anything (including carts)...again, hope management sees what people are saying and start addressing the issues.

One of the cashiers with piercings had a rude attitude when we handed her some cents. I felt like we were targeted after she asked, “Do you want to give me the cents or not”? in a mean way like she hates the job and hate our kind.

Most chaotic Sam’s club we’ve ever been to. Keep in mind it was the middle of the day on a weekday and parking was already insane. Inside the store isn’t any better. The layout is horrible with not enough room to get around people in some areas. The worst part is theres only two REAL CASHIERS, which another family member also complained about to me. Self checkout is very inconvenient for a crowded store of people buying bulk items and a sad excuse for a company to pay less people. Could only stand it in here for 10 minutes and we certainly won’t be back.

Went in with a list and got everything on it. Scanned my items and paid for it without having to stand in line at the register. Didn't even have to show my receipt at the door. That was really nice.

I’d go across the bay if I were going to Sam’s. This store is just wild. Ordered a pick up. Arrive to get it, and out of the 16 spots designated for pick up, 12 were occupied with empty vehicles, not pick up customers. So, all pick up orders were shuffling through FOUR spots. Utterly insane. I had to ride around hoping I could catch one of the four spots for 15 minutes, then wait another 35 to get my order once I was parked. The inside is worse. Employees that ignore you when you speak or act like you asking for assistance is below their pay grade. Just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I am older and would like help loading heavy items in my car. I was told at register there was someone available outside if I drove up for it to be loaded but when I ask an employee outside the door I was told they don’t do that. Since it was a 50 lb bag of dog food this was a problem. I was finally able to get a customer in the parking lot. This is not what I consider good service. I also might add when you ask an employee where something Is located they just point really.??!!

Cancelled the membership I've had for the last three years. My husband went shopping, but his phone died, and they refused to look up our membership by name or email. He had to leave the entire cart unbought. I went back a few days later and was sold a fountain drink from the cafe, only to find that every single drink was out. Literally nothing came out of all three machines. They refused to give me a refund or exchange for an icee or bottled drink. Someone told me the machine had been broken for WEEKS, but they continue to sell them. I cancelled my membership at the cafe table.

horrible experience and establishment. Extremely rude and hateful woman working at their gas station! I pulled into this gas station to fill my tank up at a resonable price and was met with anger and disrespect, this woman began yelling and screaming to the top of her lungs i couldn’t face my car the way it was facing. I wasn’t aware I had to pull into a multi entryway parking lot, and only pull into a pump at a certain direction. But instead of telling me about the signs i didn’t see or informing me i was met was disrespect from the woman working here. I can’t believe i pay a membership here just to be cussed like a dog for pulling into a pump the wrong way. Do better sam’s club

Absolutely rude employees! 2 female employees stocking had my st of the aisle blocked and I witnessed an elderly woman in a mobility chair wait for several minutes on them to make way for her passage. After acknowledging her presence they did absolutely nothing to accommodate the lady and allow her to pass, she finally turned with great difficulty her chair around and went around the aisle to the end she was attempting to reach. All I can say is rude employees at best

We cancelled our Costco membership for Sams club but after a couple of months we are ready to renew our Costco memberships. I have never been anywhere where the employees show so much apathy for the work they do. The product selection and quality is much worse than Costco. The only redeeming quality was the Cafe. We like the pizza and pretzel. However the last two visits it has taken us well over 30 minutes to get our food and that is with prepaying on the app. It was so bad that tonight we waited over an hour for our food and left without getting out food, despite only 1 person in front of us in the pick up and go line. I will be canceling my membership and going back to Costco where the facilities are clean and they know what customer service is.
