This store is always so clean. Uncluttered aisles. Employees are super friendly and very helpful. If you have a shoppers card the prices are reasonable.

The person working the deli counter was very rude and just tried to brush us off. Also why are you out of Chinese food at 5pm? What time do you think people have dinner? The issue isn't that you ran out it is that no attempt was made to make more out of pure laziness. Hands down worst customer service we have received in a Safeway in over 40 years congratulations.

The store was dirty and disorganized, creating an atmosphere that felt more akin to a Kmart than a Safeway. It was hard to believe you were in a grocery store at all; the chaos and clutter gave it an unkempt vibe that detracted from the usual standards you'd expect.

The lady that has a messed up leg that works there. I stopped to send money there today. She was snotty as hell and had 10 reasons why they couldn’t send money at 11 o’clock in the afternoon when I asked if Matt was working all of a sudden she was able to find time to send money for me, but she was snotty as hell and rude as hell to me while she did it

For a couple of years, deli has been my favorite section. worker “Hilda” does NOT wear no hair net or hat at the time of my visit. I find odd since she works in a food service area

Past Saturday did a order and had to get rescheduled, due to not enough staff and someone ordering over 100 items, Rescheduled crashed. Finally after fighting with system, got it to reschedule on this past sunday. Went to pick it up and looked at reciept.. rescheduling caused all my items to come off my safeway account and they charged me full price no deals, no rewards points. Tried calling the store and no one at the store not even the manager could help me... what kind of store manager doesn't have access to online items for there store... anyway after speaking to a bunch of useless people at the store, I get surprise surprise a 1800 garbage number to call.. called it several times and still no return, no points, no money back for me being overcharged on my entire order... way to scam people out of money... do not use the online order system.... just go in and pay for your shit that way...

Understaffed store, constantly burning through employees. Out of all Safeways in town this one is the lowest quality, meanwhile the other Safeway stores are placed in high crime zones, those have provided the best quality of service.

Safeway did a great job of remaking the old store... From the produce dept. all the way through the store... bakery, deli, meat and all the rest of the store.

Lack of care, high turnover or poor management? Nothing changed when the switched to a Safeway besides new hot food display cases that are always empty. Fred Meyer is close by or go to Safeway on 5th Ave.

Amazing grocery store! Safeway had a great floor layout with inviting space, associated staff were accurate and great customer service! Closing manager gave off a atmosphere that just an't in every safeway! Great deals. Many products.

Sept 20th about 9:45 pm, after eight hour shift, stopped at Safeway to buy easy microwave dinner which required digital coupon for savings. Looking back I believe self check out worker, Steve, saw me coming...he was so helpful, with my permission added SW app to my phone, literally sat on scanner while helping me; at one moment working together my wallet dropped to the ground, spilling all contents. I said a bad word. Steve didn't flinch, rather encouraged me as an adult having a moment. I'll never forget the famous Safeway Lady check out voice saying, "remove all items from the scanning area," while he was right there with me providing excellent customer service. Bravo!

This store offers money orders and money services but it doesn't matter what time of day I go or even what day I go there is never anyone that can help you. The excuse is always they are on break or lunch or doing something else or they are short staffed. If they are that short on staff maybe they should hire more people. This is an on going issue over the last year!

Produce is suspect sometimes and other stock is light or missing. It's been sketchy since 2020. It's stock is better but not quite up to par. It's close to the house so it's our place to shop for groceries.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! . First off as soon as I walked in was followed the whole time! Due to my race. Then when I got to self checkout two employees, one was a manager both came right in front of me and pretended to check out a display for about 8 minutes, while throwing suspicious glances at me. The two ppl in line started whispering. Once I got to checkout, it wasn't accepting my card, there were two other self checkout registers open, the manager told me if I couldn't pay to get out of line because other customers were waiting.. I looked around there were none. Finally got my card to work. As I was walking out I glanced at the pre packaged tomatoes, they are supposed to be "packaged fresh daily", they had mold on all four tomatoes. I took pictures then turned around gave the tomatoes to the manager telling her about the issue.. she offered to replace them I said no id rather not, she then said "why did you not pay for them", which was ridiculous as she stared at me the whole time I was at the register. I shook my head walked out. Also was followed out by a worker, as if I stoled something. I recorded him also. I'm thinking about filing a civil suit. They are very racist here and they profile based off their prejudice. Will never return.Also only gave one srar because I couldn't give zero stars
