Excellent. My 2009 Prius hasn't looked this good since it was new. I also liked that the interior was very clean and didn't smell of cleaning chemicals or perfumes. Job well done, thanks .

Called their main shop to get my auto appraised after an accident. They told me to go to this place. They had us waiting and waiting. Last minute they said we were going to have to come back because their main adjuster wasn't coming after all. Then a young man decided to do the appraisal. I told then it was for insurance. They charged us $60 for the appraisal. NOBODY CHARGES FOR AN APPRAISAL. They said they'd give us our money back if we brought the car back to them for the repairs. They gave us the estimate. When we got home I noticed that they had just written how much they would like to be paid. No explanations as to how they got to that number. I followed up the following day and the manager or whomever told me that their "time was money" and he didn't want to deal with DOING THE JOB THEY WERE HIRED TO DO PROPERLY! I told him he did get paid. He then responded that he charges $80 an hour. What a guy! He said he would do so. I gave them 2 hours to email me a proper appraisal. Called them back 10 minutes before I was due to send the appraisal to insurance. Mr. My-time-is money didn't do it. Some young man with alias "funkkk you" scrambled last minute to send me something. What I received? A mumble jumble of letter that was unreadable... worst costumer service! Attitude problems. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL JOKES!

My car was so gross, like three kids in the backseat at least two hours a day everyday gross. Safe Auto Repair made it look like new!!! They were able to squeeze me in the very next after I called, despite having a garage full of other cars when I arrived. Great service and their pride in their work shows. I will definitely be back!

I have had details at other places in the past and I will only go back to Safe Auto Detail. Greatly appreciate their hard work, working ethic and outcome. After neglecting my car for over a year with dogs in and out of it, it was in pretty bad shape. So I took it to these guys and it’s like a brand new car again! Didn’t find a single dog hair and it smelled great! They did a great job - timely, professional, affordable. Was so impressed we left our truck there when we went to pick up my car! Thanks guys. 5 stars for sure, definitely worth it.
