I brought in my truck, it was a mess with terrible tree sap on it from a storage lot it had been parked at. They did a fantastic job of getting it clean with a hand wash. Very good service, friendly and excellent work! Highly recommended!

Took my BMW convertible here for a full detailing after it had been sitting covered and not driven for 2.5 years. It was a hot mess - leaves in all the cracks and crevices, the leather was dry , cobwebs in the wheel wells, and just all around dirty. Toni did the job personally. She went through every crack and crevice, both inside and out, with compressed air. She made sure to clean it with both the top up and down. There was not a speck of dust left. The exterior was polished right down to the tires and wheels, and the leather interior and all the trim had been conditioned. When I came to pick it up, she took the time to go over the car with me - showing me places where the rubber had deteriorated and where it pooled water on the outside. It was like getting a comprehensive inspection of the interior and exterior of the car. I had used this store when it was under previous management, and the difference in the quality of the job this time was apparent. I will be back!

I I have just recently signed up for the service here and have been very impressed so far. Toni and her team are magnificent and they go the extra mile to ensure everything is clean. They have interior and exterior clean facilities and I have found it to be one of the best so far. I definitely recommend this car wash service, you will not be disappointed.

I just moved here and I’ve been looking for a good car wash that’s very detailed for the interior. This place is so welcoming and did a hell of a job on my car. Tony is the manager or owner (not sure) but her dog is inside to great everyone which made my day! Can’t happier with my results of the interior. I can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely avoid using. Booked a $219 full interior and exterior detail, and it was just ran through the wash/light vacuum that I could have done myself in 10 minutes. Was called after 3 hours of waiting asking if it could be extended or rescheduled after waiting for the 4 hours service.

Use Safari regularly. Love the experience and care of Toni who is regularly at the front upon check in, and walks you through vehicle at check out. I have a pet and she always cares that the vehicle is thoroughly clean and you’re content. If I was to add constructive feedback it’d maybe be a service to take you to your home and back since you do leave the car for a few hours. I really like the ability to book online, the car wash, and that it doesn’t take terribly long. thx

Paid $50 for the full service, I should not still have bugs on my windshield, dirt, bugs and dust still on the front grill, hand prints on my car, and spots I have to wipe myself in my car. I've paid less at other establishments and had a better job. When I pointed it out to the guy cleaning the car, all I got was broken English, thanking me and seeming irritated that I'm pointing it out. Need to bring back the old Franklin car wash level of service if you're charging that much. It's not the price that was bad for what I was supposed to get, I just didnt get what i paid for. If I have to do it myself, there are better options nearby. First and last trip to Safari Car Wash!

I wish I had taken a before photo because these hardworking men make magic happen. I have taken my hideously crumb filled Minivan to this place three or four times now and they never disappoint. To be clear, This isn’t even a detailing job… Just the $55 exterior and interior clean. It is worth every penny and I leave feeling So fresh in my car. They haven’t done it every single time but today they even took my car seats out and completely got under the seat covers and in all the nooks and crannies of the car seats. I hope this place gets great business and keeps their prices low because it will keep Mamas like me coming back! thank you, Safari!

The people were friendly and wanted to provide good service. When I went back to get my car after they detail it. I was so impressed with their work. My SUV was a 2018 Lexus and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time It was amazing how great it looked all over, both inside and out. They even clean where the spare tire was located. I highly recommend them to anyone. Their work was amazing.

Safari wash is awesome- from a quick drive through with towel dry and tire shine, to a full detail (literally came out sparkling like new!!) we have done it all. Fast, affordable, and super friendly! Their vacuums are great. I’ve told all my friends about this place, and we all bring our crumb riddled toddler limos here for cleaning! Plus- meeting Santo the dog is a major plus :)

First time here and I have to say I’m not impressed. I paid $49 for a full service wash which is an exterior better and interior vacuum, mat power wash, and wipe down. As you can see from the pictures there were lots of issues with both the exterior and interior. The interior was worse than when I dropped it off as they sprayed stuff everyone but clearly didn’t wipe it down and the spots dried. Then were clearly missed sections like the steering wheel. On the plus side, the tires did look good. That being said, I could have done the interior better myself. Likely won’t return.

I was so impressed with my wash inside and out 2 months ago that when it was time to wash it again i headed back to safari. The guy who finish the car had such a bad attitude. When I get a car wash, I expect to at least have the bugs removed from the front of my car. When I asked him to spray it and wipe it, he told me I didn't pay for a detailing. I had to go to the mgr to get it wiped down and the guy came over and barely sprayed or wiped one side. He then pounded on my window and asked me if I was happy now. At that point I gave up and left. I did pay $60 for car wash. I watched the guy open the hatch on the back of my SUV. And I saw him close it again after about thirty seconds which, told me he didn't wipe anything down and he didn't vacuum anything which is evidenced in the pictures I have attached. The inside of my car was not particularly dirty so I think he just chose to ignore it. I had to come home and finish cleaning my car myself. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
