CHARGES ARE NOT CORRECT. I used the soft wash bay. Pressed the button for the $11 wash and was charged $16. Didn’t realize it until later otherwise I would’ve talked with the man servicing the wash bays. The wash was poor-quality. My car was still visibly dirty in the back, the windows and wheels even though the machine made a couple passes. Just watch your charges.

I have been here multiple times, and I have never had an issue with anything. I've never lost money, had a filthy bay, and I've always left with a clean truck. This place underwent a facelift recently, and I would say anyone who has had a bad experience should give it another go. I recommend going here for a vehicle wash.

Finally! I found a do it yourself car wash! We just moved to Franklin, TN from Colorado. This car wash is exactly as I expected and similar to the do it yourself car wash that I used in Boulder, CO for many years. When I arrived, the owner was maintaining one of the bays - he signaled me over (I was waiting in line) to use the bay he had just cleaned. The machine read my card no problem, it had all the options I use. It was entirely satisfactory for what it is. No complaints here

I have used self-serve car wash service at this location for many years. Typically, I use $5 in change, and receive 5 minutes of service. No problem with that. Not having any change handy, I used a credit card. There were no indications or messages stating that additional service change or convenience fee will be charged. I used the service for exactly *5* minutes and pressed the cancel button. The charge for 5 minutes was $16!!! I disputed $11 difference with a credit card company. BTW, this owner had problems with the City of Franklin for washing down suds and mud to a nearby creek. One on one, he has never been helpful, and is downright nasty if you complain about anything. If there was self-serve competition anywhere nearby, he would be out of business long time ago. Maybe Costco car wash will be a demise of this unfriendly small business.

I paid $10 for a car wash and didn’t even get any soap! I got a power wash with regular water, and then 2 spot free rinses. I called and left a message and did not receive a call back. Based on the other reviews, I likely will not get a call back. Will dispute with my credit card.

Decent self-wash bays. Facility is kept clean, but it is showing some age. Some vacuums work better then others. It’s better than most same-type facilities. My complaint is similar to one other people have mentioned. The auto wash bay doesn’t function properly. It took my money and began the wash before the person in front of me pulled out to leave even though the screen prompted me to insert my money. Their car got extra clean and I was out $10!The emergency contact number goes straight to a full mailbox so you can’t leave a message. I wrote a note and dropped it in the mailbox, but never received a call.... drove by several times and couldn’t find an attendant. Today,several months later, I saw the attendant and pulled into the parking lot and explained what had happened. Surprisingly,he waved me into the wash area and even sponged off my windows. I appreciate that he believed me and rectified the situation. We will continue to use the self-cleaning bays, but will only use the auto (which is very nice) when an attendant is present.

Went to the self wash cleaning side of this car wash today. When I arrived I have a question regarding cleaning the bed of my truck the individual on site Daniel was unable to answer any of my questions, when I asked if I could speak to a manager he called someone on his personal phone spoke to the person for 5 minutes in front of me and another language (Korean) . When he got off the phone he refused to give me the manager's name and number and stated "manager feel uncomfortable talking to you" now I've never been to this car wash before, nor did I know the manager and simply asked a question in regards to being able to self clean my truck and the employee was unabek to answer my question. I offered to leave my name and number in the manager to call me which then Daniel chuckled and laughed and said "yeah sure". I would advise anyone not to go to this car wash and go someone else since the customer service is very rude, and management is very disrespectful.

Some people are ridiculous with their reviews. This is a business. It has expenses, if you don't want to pay, wash it at home. I came to hand-wash my car because water gets in my engine and those touchless, I don't think do the job and for $6 (4 to wash and 2 to vacuum) ⁰bucks cash I was done because reading the signs told me credit card min is $5. The place is busy and clean. Well maintained. My vacuum worked great. Try getting your cash anywhere else for $6 bucks!

Used the self service bay to rinse off my truck. $5 minimum charge with no way to see how long you have left until you are charged more. Ended up costing $7 to rinse my truck off and it wasn't longer than a few minutes. Lesson learned - will not be returning - lots of other options in the area.

$18 car wash cut off in the middle of the wash. Waited 10 minutes to see if it could figure itself out and wound up exiting then circling around and getting the $12 touch free one to get all of the soap off. Called the phone number listed here on Google maps the next day and no one answered or responded to my voicemail. Beware!

Owner, “Tony” is always on-site and on top of maintenance. Chemicals are always full, and he keeps the place clean. If you have an issue, he’s happy to help. Anyone that complains didn’t take the the time to ask - for example, the one review that said he was charged $16 on his CC… well, $5 cash wont get your car washed, so that’s lie #1. The charge is actually a pre-authorization like at the Gas station, but instead of running when you finish, it does usually take until midnight the next day for the charge to adjust to whatever it should be.

Ridiculously high priced but GREAT chemicals. The bays are sloppy looking and the vacuums all look run down but there seems to be a good line at the "lazy folks" wash rather than the self service. The brush was soft and soapy and the triple shine does an amazing job but the property itself if way beyond the start of the decline.
