Used the wash bays ran out of time with soap on my car. The bill slot wouldn’t take my next $2.00 in cash. I had to use a debit card for the bay to rinse off my car a minute 61 seconds and was charged a full $5.00. It was counting down like that’s all I would be charged. What a rip off On the up side I like having a real car wash you can do it yourself in Hendersonville. I have not had any issues here in the past except today.

Half of the selections of products in tools to wash your vehicle were completely empty and not come out of nozzles brush no soap. No tire cleaner bug off or conditioner at all so I spent 10$ just to spray my car off and rinse it which is something I could do at home. There’s absolutely NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE, all numbers and websites no longer work

Charged 5 dollars for self service only had 2 dollars on the screen and the only part that worked was the water, no soap brush or any other setting. Said I would get a refund and didn’t. Don’t go here, they don’t care.

Was there on Tuesday in the self serve car wash. The pressure is terrible. Also the brushes don’t have any soap. Very terrible car wash. Don’t recommend

The tire cleaner and soap and wax works but paint sealant don't work the final wax don't workthe spot free rinse works but it don't take the spots off and the places for sale so I don't think dude is keeping it up like he used to, it used to be Tip-Top I've been trying to find me another placeto take my car since dude ain't been keeping this one upit's took my money three times and I've called the number and never got a phone call back.

The self service bays are a complete waste of money!! The pressure has been turned down so low making it very difficult to pre-soak, brush, and rinse in the time given using a debit card.. Save your time/money and go elsewhere..

Place looks real nice after remodel and new owners went on a Saturday morning. New owners (I believe) were on site with their extended family and very enthusiastic. They were out taking photos and videos of customers without asking. The small children were running around everywhere and even asking customers if they needed any help. An older man just walked up to me as soon as I was getting out of my car in a bay to tell me about their new touch less wash. I admired their enthusiasm at first but the longer I was there the more uncomfortable it was. Children were constantly running in front of and behind bays, honking horns on cars. When I got done washing my wheels in a bay, I backed out to try their new touchless wash to support them (didn't really need one). Two men rushed over and began to video me in my car and in the wash (again without asking). I'm not in witness protection or anything but I was uncomfortable. I returned the favor.. Maybe leave the family at home? Hope you succeed.

On long trip and needed Bugs Power Washed. Thank Goodness there was still dew on Car from overnight. If Bugs had hardened from heat there is no way low pressure would have removed. Agree with other Poster, don't bother with this place

The end pieces to the vacuums are always missing or will come off very easily but I'm Thankful that they are available 24/7 and FREE!. The air freshener, apolostry & vending machines are always out of order. Cash is not accepted; CC only.

I had to update my post on this business because there is a New Ownership. Better service now.! It's the only one I'll go to! Most people don't know that going thru a car wash can and will scratch your paint on your vehicle. It's called Micro Scratching. Plus having your mirrors knocked off.

Best place for a touches car wash. Only place in Hendersonville to wash a corvette. Hand wash stations don't work well but the automatic wash works great.

When I started I picked up the vacuum hose and noticed the end had been cut off and had barely any suction it wouldn't pick up a wrapper out of my floorboard. In the wash bay as soon as you start the time is counting what's your course determines how much money you're going to spend. The pressure washer had very low pressure(standard home garden hose with a sprayer, pressure) and when switching from soap water to rinse and so on, it took 45 seconds for for the changeovers. Going from wheel/tire cleaner to another mode took 1m 34s to clear the lines. Just spraying water (my money) on the ground. Then at last, the air dryer wand. I heard it kick on but no air coming out. Go to the next car wash and save money, because this one isn't being maintained.

Love the automated touchless car wash! Doesn’t leave any scratches on your vehicle and does a great job cleaning it. The blowers on the newer one do a great job ant drying off my truck. Also the wash membership is a good value. Almost don’t want to leave a good review because I don’t want this place to get too busy!

Self service wash bays are always broken. Can't tell until after you pay and can't get any pressure from the sprayer. No employees staff this facility so bays are left broken for days at a time, and you can't get a refund (text refund system doesn't work). $5 only gets you 4:30 of wash time. If you're looking for a good self service car wash, go to Champion Car Wash on Gallatin rd. There is an employee on site, and you get over 7 minutes of wash time for the same price.

Decent no touch carwash. 24/7 also. Had a recent part repair on my truck and can't take it to a brush wash for at least a month. Had salt for recent storm on my paint and didn't want to leave it there too long either so the touch free is a nice option. 2 touch free wash machines and a few do it yourself bays also is nice. Vacuums etc. All 24/7. Nothing spectacular but is a great option to have in town.
